is the top of this green Mous case all bent out of shape and deformed or is it just the picture?

When you put the iPhone does it go away?

`

I’ve had 4 Limitless cases this year and haven’t had that problem with any of them. I’d guess it’s a defect limited to one run of cases, but please let us know how it turns out either way.
Sadly my Atlantic Blue and Speckled cases just arrived - both have this 'bend' at the top, and even worse the action button on the Atlantic Blue doesn't work.

Pretty gutted about these Mous cases, for me personally these are the closest to 'the perfect case' as I've come. The issue with the button on my blue is probably isolated, but the bend at the top is clearly not - that's now multiple cases I've had that all have it. I can't get past it sadly, every time I go on my phone it catches my eye and bugs me.

So these are being returned and I think I give up with Mous this year now. Sad 😢

I'm sorry to hear about this. As much as I wanted the forest green, issues that have been posted lately, are completely unacceptable for a $50+ dollar case (With coupon)

Just wonderful and I'm over here waiting on my forest green to ship someday :(

So, now on top of the "Banana Bow" we have the "Bent Brow"

I don’t understand the craze for Mous cases. Personally I’ve never seen them as quality cases for the prices they charge. Plus that branding is an eye sore and always instantly tell me no to that case lol

I just love the feel, grips on the side and superb buttons. The branding doesn’t bother me.

But this bent top piece…. can’t take that.

The ghost case has mediocre reviews. Some sag near the USB-C port. MagSafe isn’t that strong and I don’t like the raised MagSafe magnet. Not worth the $50 price tag imo.
I had cadaube before. I don’t like the slits on the buttons another area to let dust in and they seem have to gotten larger since the 12. Don’t like the sandpaper texture of the sheath and don’t like the extended cutout area near the camera lens on the synthesis.

Tried a Speck presidio grip 2 and what a case it is. Brings back memories when I had every Candy Shell color way for each iPhone back in the day.

Wow what a fit and good grip and drop protection. The OG of iPhone cases.

Anyone running Speck?

Lot of people say the grip is great on the Limitless. I returned mine because for me the grip wasn’t as nearly good as the Synthesis.

Hmmmm someone said Magpul...iPhone 4

I really like that case but didn’t keep it for long. The fingerprints are too much.

Agreed. The buttons are the best I’ve tried. I like what perhaps is the best balance between being reasonably thin yet highly protective.

It seems maybe that the bent top section is only on the new colors, does that seem correct? I don’t recall seeing it mentioned anywhere in regards to the black cases with wood/aramid/cloth back plates.

Sadly not - I had the black fabric backed one today (I.e. the speckled) and it was terrible, it was actually more bent than the Atlantic blue.

How is the backing on the blue?
Seem like it will scratch easy and leave a MagSafe ring?

Ok, here’s my case adventure. I believe these are all the cases I’ve handled, aside from apples FW case which looks and feels nice but I don’t believe would wear well. It went back.

Thinborne Aramid Case. This is comparable to the Pitaka case I have for the 14 Pro, so it’s hard not to compare. The Caseborn has a nicer, metallic camera ring vs the Pitaka 14’s plastic one tjsy has picked up dings. I read the new Pitaka has a metal ring but unsure. Case came with a screen protector. That’s a bonus. It also came with nice packaging, whatever that’s worth. The case is very nice, and very stiff. It has a bit more texture than the Pitaka I remember. It’s very pleasant. Wonderful thing case.

Next up: a Pitaka case, but this is the Pro version, so full coverage. I’ve had multiple Pitaka thin cases and after Technically Tee’s glowing review, I wanted to try it. He’s right. It’s a phenomenal case. It fits well. It’s just beautiful case.

My only gripe is the edges of the back have chamfered edges vs rounded, and it’s not as nice as it could be. But seriously A+ anyway.

Since the iPhone 3 I’ve never had a silicone case. The color way was so nice I had to try.

Thus far it’s been great. In linty-pockets it grabs some dust but it’s really not a big deal. The comments I’ve seen are a little overblown. It does grabs your pocket which, while not as nice to restrict as a smooth case, this one never slides on when seated like other cases.

After a few weeks the edges are starting to shine / polish out. I don’t know how this will wear after a year or so… but it’s nice.

No link needed LOL

Finally, a very heavy duty CaseBorne case. Like the thinborne it comes with screen protectors. And also very bulky belt clip if that’s your thing.

It’s challenging to assemble and take apart but once in place it’s solid. It’s way more protective than anything I’ve ever handled and a bit too bulky for me. The included camera ring that doubles as a stand it nifty. The magnet is far and away more powerful than anything else I’ve tried, which is nice. Not my kind of case but well done, unless you want to change out all the time.
