I actually took this pic right after receiving it & forgot to post. Currently using it on black Sheath atm
I had the aramid for about a week. The side bump if you call them grips weren’t that grippy, in fact slippery. Sent it back. I like Sheath / Synthesis grippyness.
I was going to use the sheath for the day, but my friend told me to open a Christmas present that they got me. This one’s for anyone that is a football fan lol.
Case has great grip, and it is pretty thin. I’m not a fan of how you can see the titanium sides of the phone, but it isn’t meant to be a super protective case. Buttons on it are decent, but nothing to write home about. Not sure what kind of case it is, it actually feels like a knockoff Apple leather case, which I love 🤔 overall, for what it is, it’s great, and the logo on the back makes it even better 😉

The leather one I had was actually not slippery, it was “grippy” I wasn’t worried about dropping my phone. But the synthesis, super grippy and comfortable in the hand, such a nice case.
I actually think the Sheath is as good as the Synthesis in grip but in a different way.

Update on the frosty, still love it!
After using it for a full day the grip is actually quite decent, I don’t miss the synthesis at all. I do wish the back edges were just a tad more rounded into the phone, and the buttons have a slight rattle to them, hasn’t bugged me yet, just something I’ve noticed.
Very minor observations, overall this is still my favorite case. I'm glad I gave it a shot and I can't wait to get them blue/orange buttons and the black camera ring

Back in the Nomad Modern Leather. I just can’t stick with the Sheath’s texture for any period of time. It’s a great case and this is subjective, but it just doesn’t have a premium texture for me over time. Case is solid and this is a preference thing.

I hate how sharp the edges of Mous cases are.

Update on Otterbox core.
I really like it! The buttons are nice and clicky, I like the softness of the case. I do like Synthesis but feels it’s just a bit too harsh sometimes.
I like the higher lip actually so feels more protected and feels quite light.
Overall, this is probably now going to end up my day to day case unless the updated Synthesis is a lot better

Updated synthesis better in what way? It’s going to be better buttons. I don’t think anything else.
