Yeah, I hear you. I’m mostly ambivalent about it, other than the fact that it makes a mess of many cases. The irony is that Apple has never made a case that is resistant to damage from their own MagSafe technology.

The grip comes from the sides too..I have no issues with grip

I think I remember Nomad or BullStrap or someone making a leather magsafe cover/sticker to put on the surface of the charger. would that prevent the marks on the cases?
I haven’t seen that but it seems like it could work. I have heard about people simply laying a small piece of paper between the charger and the phone. There was one person who made a little slip cover from microfiber cloth that seemed to work well. You’ve got me thinking now… 🤔
I have just received the PR Frosted case and I must say I am really impressed. The fit is very tight and the buttons are really good. I don't see myself changing cases for a while.
For the many of you who have this case, how do you clean it? With just a damp cloth? I don't want to wear away the Frost and I have seen some posts on here complaining about the Frost coming off the case.

I've never had to send Caudabe my old cases back for any issues, as they will send out a new one as a warranty replacement.

I just use a microfiber cloth and clean out the inside from time to time...never gets dirty to be honest.

Same I have noticed this on mine as well after removing the case once just to clean the back of my phone.
Did you guys contact Phone Rebel about this? My case isn't even a day old and already frost is wearing off. I don't know if I should contact them about this or leave it?
I ordered mine through Amazon and have issued a replacement, I put that it was defective/used. Replacement comes tomorrow and fingers crossed I’ll have the luck that @thatappleguytoday has with the frosty.
@Hooterville contacted PR about it and I believe he said they’d replace it after receiving the defective one back.

I don't know if I can be bothered to send it all the way back to the US from the UK and wait for a replacement. I might contact them though and see what they say incase they send me a new one for free.
Got it, thanks. Nothing is really wrong with the one I got back in November. Buttons have broken in a bit but I do wish they were a tiny bit more clicky.
