When the person makes the return to the traditional retail store, they (the customer) assumes the cost of making the return. You aren't asking the retailer to reimburse you for the gas or other expenses incurred in making the return.

I'm glad to see that there are some that are honest. It really is the same standard. We are on the same page.

My issue is those that try a case for a couple of weeks, send it back and expect the retailer to assume the cost because they wanted to test drive something else. It seems to be encouraged around here, and I have a problem with that.

There are many examples of this behavior, and it only seems to be encouraged by the abusers of the system that ruin it for the rest of us.

I wish sitting here complaining about all this Amazon stuff was the biggest problem I had in life; in fact I wish I had the free time to sit and tell others about having a problem with it.

It is what it is. What they are or aren’t doing isn’t a conscious you have to live with
 
I’m strongly considering putting in a preorder for the Distil Union Wally Case X Series, which won’t ship out until the end of November. I had the stick on version for my 6s Plus, which I stuck onto the back of my Pitaka, and I had the snap on version for my 8 Plus. It looks like every iteration gets better and better, because the snap on version was a clear hard shell plastic, but this year’s version is all leather, like the Mujjo leather case. I prefer this over the the Mujjo version because of the “hidden” card slot.

No clue how the phone case is buy I did love my walley wallet from distilunion. I did recently switch back to me nomatic basics wallet as its smaller and more minimal but the walley was great.
 
I ended up getting the Caudabe Sheath for my XS max because the synthesis has not been available since launch. It’s a keeper. I also have the crystal clear Caudabe case, which I also like but it’s a little slippery compared to the Sheath.

It turns out Caudabe ignored my e-mail and just shipped the wrong product. I tried calling them three times just now and all three times I chose a different option but was given the same "application error" message and the call just hung up. I called a fourth time and the message told me everyone was busy and to either leave a message or e-mail them for a quicker way of reaching them. I should have paid more attention when placing my order.

They just confirmed the new production run is in, and mine is being shipped out!
I just got the same email. Always have had very good experiences with their customer service

thanks for the news. i just emailed customer service to hopefully get my replacement shipped out.

i did file down my original sheath fairly effectively, but i'd prefer to get one that was smooth to start with and has the right port openings.

I finally got a reply back. They said they're really busy (I don't blame them). They claimed they were able to swap out the case before it shipped.
Is the only difference between the new batch and the original batch the speaker hole being symmetrical?
EDIT: Never mind. I just went back with the search tool and read the edges were kind of sharp, too.
