Depends on several factors. Currently have a 13 Pro Max 256gb.

If I can find a trade in deal to upgrade for $100-$200, i’ll upgrade to a 14 Pro Max. If not, i’ll stick with my current 13 Pro Max and 100% upgrade to the 15 Pro Max.

I also really like the pictures the 13 Pro Max outputs. people have been complaining it looks too HDR-y or Photoshopped but i’ve grown to really like the end results that come out of my 13 Pro Max camera. If Apple changes the formula they use for photos on the 14 Pro Max, that might defer me from upgrading slightly

On average based on my own usage and those in the main thread, it takes approximately 5-10 minutes of looking at the screen.
 
In regards to the eye strain, I wonder if any of those people use the blue light filter (night shift)? Or does that even matter at all

I have mine set to be on all the time, besides 1 minute in the middle of the night. Also keep the brightness down majority of the time as well. I don’t have a 13PM so I guess maybe that’s a factor 🤷🏾‍♂️
 
14 Pro Max. I was thinking 512GB at the bare minimum for storage. 128GB limited me and my music library exceeds 256GB, so I think that would be pretty much my sweet spot.

Definitely a Pro series for the camera. Whether or not I go with the Max this year, I’m uncertain. I’ve had every big or max size phone since they came out and I’m thinking it may be time for a change.

I think the percentage is so incredibly small that it almost sounds made up. But it does suck for those of us impacted. 10 straight years I upgraded on release day. Then had to use the 8 plus until the 11 and the 11 since. I’d gladly pay $2500 for a modern iPhone that doesn’t bother my eyes.

Pro Max or none. I hope the colors are good though. I am sick of black/white/gold. I have had all of them too many times since iPhone X. I love love love the 12 Pro Max blue then the 13 Pro Max Sierra Blue. Sadly all rumors hint at a purple and it looks so so bad.
 
I just hope the 14 pro and pro max won’t be delayed until late October to early November as some rumors have stated.
 
Coming from 13pro max Sierra blue 256g. Excited to get a 14 pro max and the new color better be purple! Not sure which storage I should get? I have 200g free right now so I could probably get away with 256g again?
 
Currently have the 13 Pro Max. I don’t know why but I’m leaning toward the regular 14. Love the big screen but want smaller device next time. Too often I get frustrated with the size of the Pro Max. I want a colorful phone this year and if the 14 Pro has boring colors I’ll try the regular 14.

Sounds fair… but just make sure you won’t miss that telephoto camera because the regular 14 will not have it.

Also… I just thought of something. The iPhone 14 (non pro) will use and have the exact display and notch, same chipset as the 13 pro max, just not a third camera, but the same wide & ultra wide cameras and not stainless. Makes me feel like Apple will be selling the iPhone 13 pro / pro max disguised as an iPhone 14. Same display and guts. Hmmm. Thoughts?

I'm currently on a 2020 64GB SE, so I'm considering a base 14 or a 14 mini if they release one. May very well end up not buying anything though.

Edit - I'm just as likely to grab a refurb 13 mini or something.
