Just saw the Royal Blue sport band at the Apple Store. The color looked so nice I had to get it. :)

Sadly, they didn't have any in store (they have some only for display purposes), so I had to order it from the website...

Bought myself a pearl (which I'm wearing now) and a scuba blue nylon band that I may not keep mainly because I would've bought a more expensive band instead of buying multiple nylon bands. Gotta say that Apple knocked it out of the park with these. I had been growing weary of my white Sport band and this was perfect for $49 to fulfill the craving for a new style. They don't seem substantial when you hold the band but on the wrist the fit and finish are great. Especially love the look of the stainless steel buckle. The pearl looks like a poor man's milanese from a distance. (Apple also pairs them together in the demo displays, assuming they recognize this). Really stylish band for the money.

Any verdict on the extent of water resistance?

I agree completely with everything you said. I now look at my sport bands and they look so toyish compared to my new nylons for now. They will only get utilized for working out moving forward as the nylon is the perfect casual replacement and made me love the watch even more now.

Just picked up the Gold/Red Nylon -- I've said elsewhere that the feel and quality are not genuinely captured by the photos on Apple's website. It is thinner and truer to a nylon. It may feel a bit "stiff" at first, but you know it will break in nicely. Also, the colors are a bit iridescent; in some light mine is more of a true orange, and in others it is like a pale peach. Will likely buy a few more colors (especially Black, which seems to be elusive in stores). Will follow up with photos.

My mint green sport band was delivered today. Super nice muted colour and 100 times prettier than the original, rather garish green sport band. Probably my favourite sport band, together with the antique white one.
did you happen to take any pics, by chance? I've got it in my cart on the Apple Store and reeeally want to see it in person if possible before pulling the trigger.

Eh, who am I kidding? lol

I just had a look and it's preparing for shipment :))))

Edit : Shipped! But I won't get it before Tuesday because of Easter weekend.

Just picked up the Pearl Nylon band in store. Unfortunately, they didn't have any 42mm nylon bands for demo/try on purposes. I tried a 38mm in the red/gold but it looked strange since it didn't fit well.

Pics don't render the beauty of the strap as it is in person. Glad I got one.

Looks awesome. I'm tying to decide if I want it even though mine is a space gray sport

picked up new pink and mint

placed an order for yellow, royal blue, black nylon and apricot

while i love the apricot, i may end up returning it if it's too close in color to the original NOTpink. not sure if the black nylon is too masculine.....

they had the pink nylon in the store but i was unimpressed so i didn't buy it

I tried the apricot in store and I regret not buying it. It is a perfect summer band! I'm going back this week to pick it up!
