School Babysitter.

Wonderful characters with depth.🥰 What appears to be cliche characters at first--evil looking delinquent, Miss Perfect top student in both looks and grades, Pretty Boy top student, harsh Headmistress--gets tossed out. In a classic case of Don't judge a book by its cover, everything you expect about a character turns out wrong. Evil looking delinquent turns out to be a nice guy. Miss Perfect is full of insecurities, but maintains the facade. Pretty Boy is borderline pedo, but never crosses that line; this is a wholesome show after all. The super strict, super stern Headmistress turns out to have a heart of gold.

The kids antics are so cute😍, it almost makes me want to babysit toddlers again. Almost. It's a rose colored view of babysitting. Real life toddlers are demons.👹

I love that the old stereotype that girls are naturally better at baby sitting than boys gets overturned. I'm not so fond of the tired of the pretty girls can't cook trope.😐

^----- Ya...... We are enjoying that one.. Star Trek "TOS light/pre"..... good enough.

But currently fascinated with Dept Q......................

And just finished the first season of Ludwig...... Very enjoyable.

And for a somewhat "cozy" but not too cozy, going back to Murder in Suburbia now and then...

Sullivan's Crossing - we just finished a 10-day vacation to Nova Scotia and heard about the show and started watching. Feels like very much in the 'Virgin River' mold (same book author behind the series) but love the locations and it is always fun recognizing places (especially when you had a life-changing experience visiting).
