Which Mac? If it's a recent one, I'd recommend a basic Thunderbolt 4 / USB 4 hub. These require power, but you said it's a desktop Mac so that shouldn't be a problem.Has anyone had any luck finding a basic USB-C that plays nice with Apple? I just want more USB-C ports for my desktop Mac and don't want a dock with video, Ethernet, etc. 20 gbps preferred but not necessary.
