Other Who preordered iphone 12 pro max today?!

12 Pro Max 256gb Pacific Blue. order status just changed to Preparing to ship! will be delivered on 11/13!
 
I preordered at 8:15 am EST. Got a PB 12 Pro Max in 256 GB to be delivered on release day
. I was a little worried because I was enrolling in the iPhone upgrade program and I had to do the credit check and all. I had probably 10 or 12 errors and I refreshed and was eventually able to get the order processed and through.

The last 6 weeks have been a cell phone adventure for me. i had a XS Max that was on its last legs. Traded in for 11 Pro Max and I was bored with it.....so I restocked it at Verizon for a Note 20 Ultra. The N20U is a beautiful device but I miss iMessaging, apps that work, wifi hit spots that work an browsers that don't lock up while in use. And I hate the gestures on Android, whether a custom launcher or not.

Bottom line, iOS is far and away better and I can't wait to have an iPhone back!

Ordered sim free 256GB Max Gold and 256GB Max Blue with 11/13 delivery.

Yes, if 11 Pro counts :p Can’t wait to get back to Max size. Even more so since it’s a touch larger this year.

Graphite 256, ordered from my carrier.

I’m upgrading from a gold XS Max. I still hadn’t decided between graphite and pacific blue after I got through on the Apple Store iOS app. I added both colours to my cart and sat there stressing out about the colour of the iPhone for a few minutes, but I’d already decided on a case colour. I ended up checking out with the pacific blue and a Baltic blue leather case.
My 512GB pacific blue 12 Pro Max delivers on the 13th. But due to my indecisiveness, my Baltic blue leather case delivery window is 17th-19th.

After I ordered, my husband decided to upgrade from his iPhone X to his first Max sized iPhone. He picked graphite 256GB and as we ordered that around 10 minutes after mine, his delivery window is 19th-24th.

So after a week, I’ll get to see the graphite too. I’m hoping by then that I’ve decided that I made the right decision for myself in picking pacific blue. I feel relieved for having made a decision, finally.

The decision - for me - between Pacific Blue and Graphite was absolutely brutal this year. I never had such an issue with color choices with an iPhone until the past few weeks, constant back and forth. Seeing it briefly inside Apple Store (all other stores had the Gold on display)...only getting in Apple by appt. made the decision harder. The struggle was real, actually becoming stupid! 😆

I DID play it "safe" I guess, went with the graphite at the last second (most everything I have is black, white..plus cases in all colors just work) but Baltic Blue leather case with this phone.

I am totally with you there. I also found it harder to decide than any other year. I really liked both colours in photos and videos. I think that I might have liked graphite slightly more, although I am yet to see them in person. I almost went with graphite did the safer option and because I thought it looked great, but decided to pick the new colour as it felt more daring and brave. I thought that my husband would hold off ordering for longer at the time, but I knew that he’d pick graphite as he has always gone space grey or black. But now that he has ordered graphite, I’ll get to see it a week after I get the blue. If I then think that I’ve made the wrong decision, I can correct it. I’m hoping that I love the pacific blue though and don’t end up stressing about swapping it over.

The Baltic blue case is what we will really notice when looking at our iPhones. My husband actually since said that he didn’t even know that my current XS Max is gold as I have a blue leather case on it.

im still torn between the 12 pro and 12 pro max :( slight lead towards 12 Pro max mostly due to pandemic continuing and you can use it like a mini ipad around the house 😂and hopefully easier to read on for us with not so great eye sight. HOPEFUL it wont actually seem as think as the 12 pro, because its stretched out a big? just dont want it to hurt th hand either - haha

will be looking to get sim free 128 gb version in pb. What’s the likelihood of stores having it hand?
