It was actually set to the icloud.com one, not even the mac.com one! I can never get it to show up everywhere as just the me.com one. sighWhat do you have set as your default in the mail app on iCloud.com?

Have it, use it, and was such an early adopter I got my own name.Who is still using theirs?
Personally, I do every time I can. I love still having such a short name, and I hope that Apple keeps it supported for years to come.
@me is even shorter……Who is still using theirs?

Aye, same here. I would really like to be able to merge the two as it would make things a bit easier.I also have the legacy account name for the Apple Store (no email attached) which means that I need still to log with different accounts for the store/icloud.
The older ones would not be special then.......?It would be cool if they gave a choice of domains not only icloud.com
I don't see any obstacle to making this possible for the Apple, if of course they see the need for it. People are born and die, old people will not be able to feed Apple forever. The older ones would not be special then.......?
Can't you just select it within Mail as the default...?
Oddly, earlier I was not able to. Then, I went to my iCloud account online, to check some settings. Then, I tried to set it via iOS again, and I was able too. Can't you just select it within Mail as the default...?
