Ive returned 8+ gone back to 7+. It was a really good phone. Best screen ive ever had. After a week i got bored and not worth the money. Ive ordered a pixel xl 2. More exciting

i switched to iphone 8 plus from a galaxy s7 and its a monster of a phone. everything is amazing. even the screen has gotten considerably better with HDR support and truetone. makes watching TV on it a really nice experience

I was skeptical going from a 7+ to an 8+ but everything about this phone is amazing. I could just imagine how much of an upgrade it is going from a Galaxy S7 to 8+. I’ve had both the Note 5 and S8+ and just couldn’t deal with the quirks of TouchWiz/Experience and Android in general.

I was pleasantly surprised to see Apple bring Tru-tone to the iPhone. I knew it was a success on the iPad Pros, and it was just a matter of time before they implemented this into the iPhone. It's a much easier way of reading the display, but has the ability to be toggled on or off of somebody doesn't like it.

Going from a 7+ to an 8+ is not advisable, but you already knew that. The 8 is for 6S users and below. It’s that simple

Thank goodness I don’t have to take someone else’s advise on a forum. I’ll make up my own mind if I should buy it or not or if It’s for 6S users and below. ;)
