TheSpaz - you are young and this is where it shows the most. You're more concerned with being right than anything else.
Here is something very wise a college professor once told me (and his class)
You can NEVER prove anything. All you can do is present evidence and base a conclusion or hypothesis about the given data.
Your conclusions (which YOU deem as facts) are YOUR experience. That does not make it fact nor the rule. It's not debatable, TheSpaz.
The best you can say is "It's been my experience that my 3G is slower on 3.0 than it was on 2.2.1"
and if someone posts a contrary argument - you can try and determine the differences - but you'll never nail it down 100 percent. You'll only be able to theorize. And that's fine. But theories are not facts.
There are many variables and reasons why one device can or does operate differently than another. Machines are NOT infallible. Software is NOT infallible.
I know what I'm talking about... you can't stand it when I'm right, so you make up posts like that.
Oh, and I didn't realize that there were 3G iPhones out there with different clock speeds and special builds of 3.0.1 software. How do I go about getting some of these special iPhones?
