I was not calling people who use bittorrent a criminal, I was saying that Apple would probably cave to the media companies to keep something they hate out of the apps store (I think Apple has denied bittorrent apps for iOS already).
In some people's minds, bittorrent user=criminal despite the legal torrents out there (yes, there are many out there).
