Only as an offence against good taste; personally, I prefer a proper beer glass, but I fully understand that - in these circumstances - this might pose some difficulties and may invite unwanted and unwelcome observations, questions and comments. Is it wrong to be drinking Sierra Nevada Pale Ale from a discrete coffee thermos during a two hour Zoom work conference call? I had two - left over from a Thai take-out ordered some time ago - that I thought it better to finish off.Sipping an Asian beer, a Tsingtao, easy sipping this warm evening.
I don't think I've ever purchased Tsingtao outside of a Chinese restaurant. It does taste pretty good in that context, that's for sure.
I do occasionally buy Japanese beer outside of a Japanese restaurant. Hitachino Nest White Ale is quite good: the coriander notes are much more subtle than the Cape May White I recently purchased. Their label art is next level, too.
Next chance you get, pour one out and let's see it!My crate of beer was delivered this evening.
I am now sipping an Erdinger Dunkel, a dark beer from Germany.
In the "Picture Gallery" area of the forum (located in the 'Community' section), you will find a most agreeable and very pleasant (and welcoming) "Picture of Your Beer" thread, should you wish to feast your eyes on such lovely images.Next chance you get, pour one out and let's see it!
