You have my mouth watering!

You and me both!

As for me, I just opened a Founder's Kentucky Bourbon Stout.

I know that @mobilehaathi loves a good sour (seriously, try to track down the gooseberry sour - the Trolltunga from the Buxton Brewery - it is gorgeous, and I am pretty certain that you's love it), and I find myself craving them a lot more as summer approaches.

In truth, I like sour and bitter flavours, anyway: I love bitter chocolate (or, rather, I cannot abide sweet chocolate), and bitter marmalade, and adore citrus fruits (as should be more than clear from my posts describing what I have had for breakfast).

Even as a child, I far preferred half a grapefruit (I love grapefruit to this day) to any sweet ever on offer (butterscotch possibly excepted) and would cheerfully demolish a tin of grapefruit segments all by myself if given the opportunity and let loose on a tin or two.

But Founder's KBS is rightly considered a classic.

Yes, me too; I've always been fond of bitter and sour flavors.

Sampled several Rieslings (at a wine tasting); this is a grape - to my mind - that the Old World is somewhat better at, and I far preferred the Rieslings from Alsace, Austria, and Germany to anything else.
