World Cup on iPad?

Which server to you sign up to? Global, USA or UK? Does it make a difference?

Slightly off topic, but do any UK channels broadcast the NBA finals? Got this method working fine to watch the world cup...would like to watch the Fakers lose tonite as well!

Signed up and worked well for 20 seconds then froze. If anyone has other suggestions I will continue to monitor. Thanks...what a downer! Ps if anyone wants to use my code for the additional 2 months free, it is NXPJPVJ UPDATE to my post yesterday: After the Germany Aussie game yesterday BlackVPN with TV Catchup worked fine without hanging up or freezing. I suspect that theservers may be getting hammered, but not really savvy enough to know for sure. Streaming over my FIOS was pixelated at times but nothing I couldn"t live with.

I've been using TVU player to watch the world cup live. Its not high def and the quality is mediocre, but its rather smooth.

Not looking to use this for World Cup, but I definitely will use it now when I travel outside of the U.S. (frequently). I'm tired of getting the messages that I can't use my ABC player or Netflix when I'm not in the U.S. I'm hoping this will be the answer! I'll update next week from Mexico (currently in Dallas, TX).

I think you are right. I think they get hammered during the games and such. I didn't use mine much this weekend as I was home.

Sounds like the blackvpn US server is your option. Makes you look like you're in the US.

Yep tv catchup works great for me, apart from the world cup channels!

The itv app does a decent job of streaming itv gam, but its iPhone only so have to2x to use it.
