I sold my 64GB SE a few months ago and picked up a Huawei P10, I now really regret that decision as this phone is pretty buggy and has a few quirks i don't like.

Sooooo thinking about picking up another SE today but as they now don't sell the 64GB anymore will 32GB be enough.

I think 32 GB is enough for my needs. But it depends on your usage with applications, media, photos/videos, etc. I don’t have a lot of applications and media stored. I still think 32 GB sufficient if somebody is conservative.

I think 32GB will be enough I don't game on my phone & only really have a few useful apps that i use, plus about 2GB of music when i had the 64GB SE i had over 40GB of storage free.

And I don't know what the fuss is about with the Gen 1 Touch ID. I have just had it activated for two weeks. What's slow about it? It is as close as it can be to instant. Where's the problem? The 'zooming out' animation afterwards is what causes a delay.

I exchanged a 6s for a SE and the difference is very noticeable. I don’t mind, but it is way slower.

To be clear, I’m talking about Touch ID only. The performance of the phone is lightning fast.

So this month will be no new iPhone SE. Maybe Apple will never refresh it.
So yes. It's worth to buy at this moment a SE. Is still powerful and if it has iOS 10 - jackpot!

I guess your right. At first I felt it was weird to keep an old design around for so long, but I suppose if it sells and they make money from it, it makes sense. I just don’t find the 8 to be much bigger than it.
I think Apple will stop selling the SE within the next two years. While there is some demand for the SE, it is nowhere near the other phones.

I have a secondary discounted SIM.

I don't mind not receiving calls (nice to escape) but iMessages get through and SMS relay delivers standard text messages from my main iPhone 6 Plus to the SE.

IOS is ez enuff, JUST DON'T UPDATE. Who says you have to update? Don't fall for latest-Not-Always-greatest. Heck am still on original 9.3.2 and never had to deal with intentionally-slow-down-batt issue. Wait for the reviews then u can decide whether to update, there is no rush. Just go straight to the SE 64G dude, don't even look at the 16G.

Same formfactor, same weight but bezel-free,A11 chip, upgraded camera-innstant buy! No bezel is like... 4.5? And upgradet screen.I will pay premium for that. For f.....sake , got an Ipad for wathing media content️The SE now is old but good for maybe ..2 years

The iPhone SE has a huge market in Asia and India. The majority of it sales are from the United States and China, mainly because phones are so expensive abroad, that the SE is affordable enough for some other countries. Apple claims they returned the SE for those who wanted a smaller form factor, which is true, but a huge underlying reason is also for the SE in other countries.

agree, it must be a win win for apple to continiue the SE in some kind of form

I’m really thinking about switching from the X to the SE. part of that reason is because I have a real nice iPad Pro that collects dust and I’m thinking about making that my main media/games device where the SE is my main communication device.

i did something similar and it's working well for me, difference was i had an S8 and had a MBP15 that was getting very little use. Moved to the SE which i keep the bare minimum on (one screen of apps). I save things to read later though safari and view sites and everything else on the mac, my eyes are thanking me :)

There are plenty of custom housings available.

You can put the guts of an SE into an iPhone 7 style housing today.
