I still haven't been able to find a reason to use it when email is superior in every way (larger image sizes, free when you don't have unlimited texting, etc). I wish Apple/ATT would have spent that time and resources on more important/useful features.

Yeah we get it, you don't care about MMS but clearly there are people who do. Not sure what you're trying to accomplish.

I agree. More useful features like how to make your emailed pictures show up for those who don't have phones capable of email and rely on MMS. That's more worthwhile because you personally don't see the need for MMS.

Thank you for so succinctly illustrating the definition of "self-centered."

yeah, but hot girls dont always unserstand the concept of "emailing" nudies when they can just snap and mass forward to everyone in their contacts =)

not everyones phone has email on it. but a lot have mms, so if I take a pic or video, I can sed it to them and they can have it on their phone, instead of their computer.

so, no, it's definitely not a waste

Being able to send a receive pictures to and from a person that doesn't have a mail enabled phone.

There, now you have found a reason why some people wanted it. I don't use Voice Memos, but you don't see me complaining about it.

Well I agree with you in the aspect that email is superior and that would be my preferred method of delivery. But...

Fact is not everyone has an iPhone or smartphone for that matter.

I guess the best thing to do is look at the ratio of people you contact that use MMS to email and go from there.

Everything has its own uses to every person on an individual basis. For example. MMS. You have no use for it. I use it sometimes. Others use it all the time.
See the difference. I bet you use something constantly that I never use at all.

So while your opinion on MMS is different than mine, that doesn't make it worthless. It only makes look like you're complaining for the mere sake of complaining.

Now that we're all that much smarter, please tip your waitress. I'll be here all week.

Well lucky for you, there's a setting to turn it off.

WARNING: This thread becomes a Spaz thread immediately following this post. Don't bother reading any further.

Did you realize that you can turn off MMS in Settings? It's not hard to do.

Like others have said… if you don't want to use it… don't. What's the big deal?

LOL, I really don't care about the MMS debate but ooooh, TheSpaz, you've got your nerve. You've complained and complained about firmware versions and how the icons don't disappear the way they used to, etc... but this guy complains about MMS and you wanna semi-blast him? Dude, get your self together. You're totally glass AND living in a glass house and you're juggling stones and grenades. Stop it.
Don't forget, you threw a hissy fit because you felt that people were riding you too hard over your keen, graphic sensitive eye to the point that you said you were done with this forum. YET YOU'RE STILL HERE! Your choice to be a part of any forum you want, but please don't be a hypocrite, man. Please do not.
