I already fixed it using a different tweak but thanks anyway. I was talking about the direcTV app

What tweak did you use? You should always specify the app you're trying to make work. Some of us are here for Good, some DirecTV, me for TiVo.. and I think there are some others. Some work.. some don't.

I used tsprotector P and it worked great. This app can let you bypass any app that locks itself it your jailbroken

how does this work? you block apps from accessing your file system and keep them from seeing you are jailbroken?

I don't think this will work for GOOD mobile because if the app doesn't go through the file system check it wont pass on a server level. If anyone owns this and is able to try it with GOOD let me know. I wouldn't spend the money on it because I don't think it would work.

Yeah pretty much, thats how it works. And its worth a shot to try out, only costs a few bucks

Not sure if anyone is monitoring this anymore, but mobilemail, WSJ, and other apps are crashing because of xCon. I've removed it twice to check and it solves my issues.

Anyone else using xCon on iPad 3 with 7.1.2?

Yes but using xcon 37b7

Yep, DirecTV seems to be using the same jailbreak detection with these new updates - so xCon, dtvrunner, and tsProtector P all still work to bypass the JB detection (however xCon breaks the newly updated Chase Bank app so I had to switch to tsProtector P) :)

Damn...I use Chase constantly...Might have to hunt down tsProtector P. Is that in a regular repository?

Can anyone confirm that xCon or tsprotector P work to disable jailbreak detection on the Discover Mobile app and Amazon app? It detects the jailbreak and disables TouchID without any warning.

I don't have any of those installed and my Discover Mobile app works fine... as does Chase, which someone said detects jailbreak and closes too.

The Discover Mobile app will launch fine jailbroken or not. It just won't allow you to use TouchID to login if you are jailbroken. It doesn't tell you this, it just disables it. People are using Flex2 to get around this, but if xCon will do it I would rather use that since it's free correct?

I dunno, works fine for me getting in with touch ID. But I rarely use the discover app because I don't like discover. I had the card thinking the cash back would be nice but it's more hassle than benefit compared to other cards.

They should pay me 5% cash back for any place that doesn't take their card. LOL

Hmm weird. You aren't running xCon on that app? Is this an iPhone 6 on 8.1?

No jailbreak detection prevention app. Yes 6 on 8.1

I wonder if it's another tweak that modifies something that causes the app to discover (lol) the jailbreak?
