Xfinity (finally) updated their home screen to reflect pre-orders do start tomorrow (Sept 9th.) My next question is, what time? Are the following Apple's lead and doing 5am PST?

I contacted Xfinity support. Of course, they have no idea. Ill get an email when the pre-order is open lol.... I love Xfinity's pricing, but their customer service is horsepoo.

Here’s more detail for you:

The most important part…
“New and existing Xfinity Mobile and Comcast Business Mobile customers can take $400 off a new iPhone, including the new iPhone 14, iPhone 14 Plus, iPhone 14 Pro, and iPhone 14 Pro Max, and the entire iPhone 13 and iPhone 12 line. New customers must activate a new Xfinity Mobile line within 30 days of purchase, and existing customers can upgrade one of their existing lines to receive the deal.”

How does the $400 off work? Is it instantaneous or is it $400 returned over several months as bill credits? I’m also assuming they will lock the phone?

Good to know thanks! I would imagine same time as everyone else?

I have no idea but in the past it has been in prepaid gift cards..

I hadn’t thought it would be anything other than GCs, as that’s how it’s worked for the past few years, but now I’m worried (and can’t find any details)….

My only complaint about using them for service these past years is they always seem surprised when new phones come out.

Got it. Showed out of stock for a while but they all came up. iPhone 14 Pro Max with the discount.

Got mine. 256GB Space Black.

Keep trying, their site is getting slammed. Same thing happened last year. Looks like Apple's store is showing an Oct. 3 - 10 delivery already on many 14 Pro and Pro Max.

still no luck.. so annoying...just want to get it ordered and move on with the day jeesh

Anyone else get this screen when checking out? Had nothing else in my cart at the time , when checking out I opted to trade in a device. The trade in is not showing up on the order now. Also under my account it says ,"This device is a replacement". I got a,"we got your order" email with an order email but no confirmation email.

Edit: Order placed at 8:12am EDT confirmation email received just NOW 9:06 am EDT. Device also showing Xfinity mobile greyed out buy still says its a replacement for my previous phone.

As long as you got the “we got your order” email you should be good. When I did a trade-in from a XS Max to 11 Pro Max, it had to be done in the Xfinity store on release day. Not sure if they now allow you to do it online.
