Yeah it’s also the fact that xfinity doesn’t want Saturday deliveries when most of us are home it’s sooo dumb

Yeah but a lot of people got Saturday deliveries last week including my brother who ordered after me and had the same Sept 16 delivery estimate. His delivered overnight on a Saturday. My wife’s took snail mail route and took 4 full days to get to me. We live 20 minutes away from each other
Finally got mine after the shipping fiasco (I could not be home to sign for the package because of work. After 3 attempts it made its way to a local fedex shipping center thankfully since I was worried it would be shipped right back to xfinity. I tried re-routing by calling both xfinity and fedex to have the shipping restrictions lifted and after a few confirmations oddly enough it didn't happen). My goal was to have to re-routed to a local Walgreens which is 2 minutes away vs. the shipping facility which is 20 min in a high traffic area but regardless it made it home.
I ordered on 9/10 and had a deliver date for 9/30. However that got pushed up to 9/20. iPhone Pro Max Space Black 256 gb.
Now I have to decide is the upgrade is worth it... I am still test driving it and comparing it to my 12 pro which still serves me well but the battery isn't the best even at 90% health. It is better is almost every way and like others have said it's not the biggest wow upgrade like in previous years but this is the cell phone market today. The jump from pro to pro max is great and I am already getting used to the heavier / bigger foot print.
If I do, the $400 off deal plus any money I recoup from selling a mint 12 pro (average $600 unlocked via swappa) would be icing on the cake.
Good Luck to everyone else. If you don't get the $400 off deal in time they usually bring it back other times towards the holidays. I got my 12 pro around Christmas two years ago which was a few months after release and I believe they offered $300 off at the time.

Not anymore apparently they didnt actually set it so i called back and now they're flip flopping saying its policy to only get it delivered for security reasons. Now I have to miss a few hours or more at work and get in trouble just because they're stubborn about it all they did was give a $10 credit should've stuck with T-mobile at this point they don't set those ridiculous restrictions and they do overnight and saturday deliveries no matter what

Same here it’s coming on Monday hopefully I’ll come before I leave last time I got my phone he came at 10am and the FedEx guy signed for my package and left it at the door never knocked and I just happen to been leaving at that time… I don’t want my **** stolen
Yeah the other option they gave me was "Refuse the delivery and go buy it in store" like dude my tmobile 12 pro max came two days before release day and i was able to pick it up
yea but my fear is them leaving it at my door…. I’m telling you the FedEx guy sign it and left it at my door didn’t knock that’s my fear
Yeah exactly and their "security" policy doesn't let you leave it at the office
So dumb like… I go in at 1 and live 15 mins away from work so hopefully they deliver it before 1 last time it was 10am
They could atlest let us have them delivered to an Xfinity store then pick them up
When I had my 12 pro max delivered two years ago I had waited at home for it to be delivered and got a notification that it was delivered. I was home and it in fact was not delivered. I called fed ex and they had to call the driver who had delivered it to someone else not on my street or remotely close to my name. Scary moment
I dont get why xfinity thinks the most secure place to have the package is in the hands of a delivery driver
Joining this thread as a late bloomer. 😂 I had made several order attempts since 9/21. Finally was able to order with order confirmation email 9/24. Estimated ship date 10/14 .
I received my 14 Pro from Xfinity Mobile last Tuesday. I was considering returning it and going back to my 13 Pro that I hadn't sold yet (several reasons- sort of regretting the color choice I made, and the display, oddly, doesn't seem as easy on my eyes as the 13 Pro). To do that, would I just go into a nearby Xfinity store for the return and to re-activate my old phone? I assume my physical SIM card is not going to work anymore in the old phone, and I'd have to activate an eSIM on it in this scenario?

Mine went soo smooth even got 2 Xfinity number on one phone 😂😂 even tho the ppl at the store said you can’t
Mine still isn’t working my number is in the void and I have a super iPod touch. Get a new sim on the account takes me to a page that says something went wrong. I can’t even call support because I don’t have a number anymore
