Coming off of my earlier post. Fedex attempted a delivery today and I wasn't home (work). They also put restrictions onto these types of deliveries for "security concerns". I don't understand how re routing the phone to a walgreens / fedex center that asks for your ID and what not is a security issue.

They told me i had to call xfinity mobile to get the restrictions changed. 90+ minute wait time. F that. I finally got a hold of a live rep through chat and he/she said that the restrictions have been lifted however its been an hour and no email or success with the fedex app to change my delivery to walgreens.

Im not taking off work to sit at home and wait for a phone. I was able to re route my more expensive MBP back in June via Best Buy.

Also, someone mentioned that the 14 day activation of the new device to receive the $400 off starts from the date of being charged. Well, I am already a week into that which is BS so it leaves me like 3 days to test to see if I want to keep it? (I could be wrong someone correct me if wrong).

If I dont get this sorted out, I am going to just cancel and hope this deal arrives later in the year when the demand has dropped and I can just walk into a store to get one.
I assume that after a number of failed delivery attempts, they'll leave a note saying you can go pick up the package at a FedEx location. That's typically how required signature deliveries work.

The 15 day activation period starts from the date of delivery. I've confirmed this with chat.

I didn’t have any issues activating my wife’s through the delivered email.. in the app it didn’t work though.. I did have an issue transferring data from her XS where it said “move phones closer” and failed three times. Finally force restarted the old phone and had to log into iTunes again and it worked.

So if I end up getting my phone with all the shipping stuff going on I have a question...

Can I load all my old phones data through back up via itunes and NOT transfer my number over from my 12 pro just yet?

I want to test drive it first and I don't want the hassle of e-sim vs. physical sim if I end up not enjoying the 14 PM and returning it. It would more just to test at home with weight and size.

Anyone else's pending charge post but no shipment email/tracking in fedex yet? Charge posted on Sept. 17 figured they wouldn't charge me until closer to my projected Oct 28 ship date but maybe they do charge now and not ship until then?

14 Pro Gold ordered the evening of 9/15. Shipping notification came earlier today for a 9/20 delivery via FedEx.
Any updates? I ordered my 14 pro gold 128 on 9/14 with expected delivery 9/21 and no shipping email or any delivery info yet. Still greyed out on my devices for Xfinity. Charge was taken on 9/17.

I ordered my 14 pro gold 128 on 9/14 with expected delivery 9/21 and no shipping email or any delivery info yet. Still greyed out on my devices for Xfinity. Charge was taken on 9/17. I looked in fedex and I have two labels created with tracking number from Comcast yet no movement. No emails. No help from customer service. Anyone else have something similar????

Ordered my 14 PM on 9/14 and haven’t heard anything…. When you go to billing and looks at the order line does it say order placed and shipped or is it also blank ? Like this

Ordered my 14 PM on 9/14 and haven’t heard anything…. When you go to billing and looks at the order line does it say order placed and shipped or is it also blank ? Like this

Maybe they haven’t shipped it…. I’m sure the will today cause when you go on line it has that model in stock in line…. But my order page look like this and I placed mine in the 14th too but it does say ordered 14th just black like this

Maybe they haven’t shipped it…. I’m sure the will today cause when you go on line it has that model in stock in line…. But my order page look like this and I placed mine in the 14th too but it does say ordered 14th just black like this
See that’s what I’m hoping too, however, the phone has been “in stock” online since 9/16 and it hasn’t shipped yet. Ugh. If I get any updates I’ll post.

Just a theory, but if so many are having issues with esim, I wonder if they’ve slowed shipments while they’re trying to iron out the issues.

In the exact same boat right now, charge posted on the 17th but nothing as of yet.

So the 256gb gold pro max’s are surprisingly In stock on the website weird

Edit: out of stock again was that a glitch? It let me order one and gave a confirmation with no date like it’s actually in stock

Edit again it actually shipped its coming on Monday! I literally ordered it a few hours ago

Yeah that’s true it just surprised me with how hard the phones are to come by. It works out because he’s dead set on black and I was stuck between black and gold.
Lucky man I’m jealous I’m stuck on purple PM 256but man I b thinking just going gold but to end my wait 😂😂😂

Same here, silver 256gb pro says Oct 14th and I pre ordered 9/9.
Yup same phone here. Good choice 👍. What time did u order? I think I finally got mine ordered by 10pm eastern that evening. Credit card was charged on the 17th. Wife’s purple showed up yesterday. Purples nice but not for me. Excited for silver/white combo
