Me too! I ordered on the 9th PM Black 128 so hopefully it comes early. I have a strong feeling we will get more info tmrrw and it’ll come Wednesday. Let’s hope and pray!
I hope they give us overnight like they did with some other people so we could receive it on Tuesday lol

haha that would be the dream, but i’m not sure. It’s so unclear i wish the process was easier and they gave us more info. it probably depends on what area you are in and i’m in Illinois so hopefully the midwest has some pro max models ready to be shipped haha

I think they all come out of Texas see some ppl order in Chicago and it still came from Fort Worth Texas

oh good to know! i hope we all get ours this week especially if we ordered it on the 9th. I’m pretty sure you could walk into best buy and get it on the spot with some models. I want it and i want it now!

My Best Buy only has gold pros right now so they’re pretty hard to come across there too I live in Utah so hopefully they’ll overnight it

Yea I ordered mine 9/14 got date for 9/30…. But now you can’t even order the PM deep Purple 256… because it’s out of stock…

I talked to xfinity and they said that you get charged when the phone ships so if it disappears it just means the bank got rid of it but the order still exists and you’ll be charged again when the phone is on its way. It’s confusing but they guaranteed it wasn’t canceled.
So if my pending charge came back I guess that’s a good sign of an early shipment

Heads up for anyone who ordered their phone online from Xfinity who currently has an older phone with physical SIM card. You could be in for an adventure to activate it.

I have an iPhone 11 Pro, and I’ve spent 13 hours on the phone with Xfinity Mobile customer service in the Philippines and 3 hours in the store with various people trying to activate my eSIM. The store was full of people with iPhone 14s in various states of non-activation (no texts, no phone calls, or in my case, absolutely nothing).

I’ve now been told to wait 4 days to see if the phone magically activates on its own, but that it won’t. I doubt this phone will be activated by October. I think a class action lawsuit will be coming for them.

I need to keep track of the 14 day return period because I bet I’m going to need to start all over again.

Converted mine online in like 2 mins was easy asf put my 13 pro on esims

had a 9/30 date but i got an email today at 6:46 pm saying that it shipped with a tuesday sept 20 delivery so it looks like they’re doing overnight shipping after all

I had same delivery date but no email for me. I’m glad to hear they will be coming early for some!

My pending charge is now posted for my Silver Pro 256gb set to not arrive until Oct 28. No shipping email or FedEx tracking in fed ex yet though..

They were trying to help me over the phone and they cut off my service to my old Xs. Late Saturday night they finally got it working...but then an hour later I lost service again. At that point I was over it and waited until Sunday to call back. Spent about another hour and half on the phone with them Sunday AM they finally go it and so far no issues. I think part of the issue is that no one but like 10 people in the company know how to troubleshoot the e-sim since it's so new to them.

That's unfortunate but I'm glad its working for you now. I'm nervous for my activation as I'll be porting my number over from T-Mobile which adds even more complexities. Confidence in XM is already dwindling but I'm hoping for a smooth transition.
