Been following this entire thread since beginning, ordered 512 pro max black at 7:04am central time on 9/9 and have gotten zero information at all. No label created, xfinity hasn’t given me any information at all, all I have is original confirmation email from 9/9 at 7:45am.
Same same.

Mine’s officially at the FedEx place 5 minutes away from me! Wish I could just go over there and get it but hopefully it’ll go out for delivery soon.

So i just saw that the pending charged erased and the money is back in my account, does that mean my order is canceled now or are they just going to charge it again when it ships. It was suppose to come September 30th. i’m so confused

Hmm… my pending charges both disappeared this week too but now one is posted for the one arriving Tuesday and another is pending for the one supposed to arrive October 28.. so I’m wondering if the oct 28 one is going to ship soon 🤷‍♂️

anybody figure out how to activate the phone? been trying to get ahold of a live chat agent or someone on the phone but no luck.

EDIT: it took an hour for Xfinity to know the phones had been delivered. Once I got the email from them acknowledging we received it, I was able to start the activation process.

Any luck with walking into an xfinity store to grab one? I already have one on reserve that is do at the end of the month but was going to try my luck this weekend walking in, cancelling my order (hasn't even shipped or even got shipping info), and just grabbing one there.

That’s weird mine says it has arrived and I can start activating but it doesn’t actually arrive til Tuesday

Ordered at 12:30 pm on 9/9. Got the email & FedEx notification yesterday at 4pm. Overnight Saturday delivery. Got it at 9:30am est. Pro Max, 1T, deep purple.

For those with sept 30th dates some of you may be getting the phone early I just talked to support and they said my PM 128gb space black will ship before the 21st so probably Monday or tuesday be sure to ask them. They said my order was fully processed and they’re just waiting for the shipping team to send it out.

Yes - the active button on the site doesn't work - currently in a que with chat - was 52 when I joined down to 17 in front of me! My wifes phone went seamless last night.

Thank you, I assumed it was because of how busy they were. Although they should have seen it coming, I can’t even load their website on my laptop half the time. Won’t even let me queue with the online chat.

My oct 28 order has a pending charge so I’m thinking mine might come early too. Pending charges for both phones disappeared last week and came back. One is scheduled to arrive tues. other not til oct 28

Possibly this is what they told me. The agent seemed confident too. I clarified that they meant sept 21st too lol
