I received tracking information for my order (Pro, 256 GB, deep purple, ordered morning of 9/9) yesterday at 4:30 pm EDT, but the tracking’s been stuck at label created since. Still says it’s going to be delivered tomorrow by noon but I’m a little skeptical since I live in the middle of nowhere PA. I mostly just want to know so I can tell my boss whether I’m planning on working from home on Monday…

Tried my Xfinity store and they didn't have any Pros or Pro Maxes. I was told they don't even think they are getting any inventory until October or November... They couldn't tell me when my "pre" order would ship either so now I am stuck waiting with no idea when mine will ship even though I was supposed to get release day delivery.
Same boat! I went to two different stores, one had the gold pro. No info on shipping or deliveries.

You should add another line to get gold pro (If thats what u want) and then when the preordered one come just take It back and cancel the line.

Finally moved off label created just now, phew. They’re still saying 9/17 by noon and I’m still in believe it when I see it mode, but at least there’s progress!

anyone willing to comment on the e-sim process and setting up the new phones with e-sim?
so i am in process of activating. activation keeps erroring out saying the account pin is wrong. i changed it. verified with old carrier. they can see the port request. gave me the all clear and still having an issue. old phone is updating to iOS 16 to try setting up cellular through phone.

I just got an email from Xfinity and my phone has shipped. I have a tracking number and everything. I am expecting it to arrive tomorrow (Saturday, September 17 before Noon).

Curious, those of you who have already gotten your phone, have you experienced the problem with transferring the data I have been reading about? I wonder just how widespread the problem is.

i got up at 5am to order and xfinity can't even get it to me on launch day....

got a label created yesterday but still hasn't been picked up yet, even worse they didn't give me sat delivery

Been following this entire thread since beginning, ordered 512 pro max black at 7:04am central time on 9/9 and have gotten zero information at all. No label created, xfinity hasn’t given me any information at all, all I have is original confirmation email from 9/9 at 7:45am.

update: transferred number to xfinity from T-mobile with no real issues. i did have to call t-mobile twice. first time i verified my account pin which was correct and the agent I spoke to said she saw the port request and everything should be good to go. Still wasn't working. I gave it some time and tried again and nothing. Called them back and they said i needed a TRANSFER pin. Once the agent generated this pin and I entered it in the activation screen on the xfinity website, everything was pretty instant. Watched the switch before my eyes lol.

My wife's phone just got delivered (purple 250gb pro) and FedEx just picked up the package for my black 250gb pro. Given that my wife's phone was still in Fort Worth, TX past midnight this morning, and was able to go on 2 flights and onto a delivery truck throughout the day - FedEx can move fast, so feeling more optimistic about my delivery tomorrow.

So here’s a FeelsBadMan story. FedEx attempted to deliver my iPhone today at 11:54 am, totally disregarding my notes(told them to use side door and ring bell). The front door at my location leads to a screened in porch and no doorbell here. There are utility crews digging up gas lines in the street so I wouldn’t be hear the truck anyway. My package is now delayed until Monday 9/19 for another attempt…

I called into support to try and get the driver to reattempt today. It didn’t sound very promising as the agent told me he would call the driver and found out if he could make it. I have never heard of FedEx drivers carrying work phones. Few minutes pass after the call and I get more text messages about the delayed reschedule so still not looking hot.

I have the same iPhone and storage and color, and it is becoming very annoying at this point

That sucks - sometimes you can find out where they are keeping it and go there and pick it up. At work one time we had an overnight package we had to get that day and they didn't deliver it claiming the address was wrong or something which didn't make any sense. Anyways, I called fedex and they told me I could go get it at the fedex facility right away which I did and it all was fine except having to waste an hour going to their facility. So might be worth a shot giving them a call to see if you can pick it up today.

My Pro Max 1TB just showed up in Fedex app a few mins ago. Still no email or update on Xfinity website yet. Scheduled delivery Tomorrow. Ordered on 9/9 like 15 mins after preorders launched.
