I log on and then on the tracking menu on the top I selected advanced tracking.
Has anyone gotten a shipped notification from FedEx or Xfinity Mobile? I haven't gotten either yet. Still shows a delivery date of 9/22. Customer service didn't really provide much more info.
This is the first year I've heard about empty box-gate in the forums. Over the last few years, my box has always contained an iPhone.
yeah i didn't know that was a thing. I've gotten a few phones from them and no issues. Do they mean the shipping box is empty? I'm much more worried about getting screwed on the trade-in values. I am sending 4 phones to them (my whole family). I'm expecting them to short me on the values. And for it to take forever to get us the credits.
I have traded into xfinity before. I got the credit I was promised but the credit was almost two months after I shipped the trade in and there was two weeks of no updates with tracking or anything that made me think they lost the phone and multiple talks with support made me think they were making up things as they went. The phones go to some type of third party and xfinity does not actually do the evaluation from what I was told so there is a delay because of that.
That's good about the amount, but not good about the timeframe. Yeah I'll keep an eye on it, but I have low expectations.
i haven't received any confirmation whatsoever from neither Xfinity nor any shipping company. And I pre-ordered it by going to the Xfinity store in person.
I have a 9/22 estimated delivery and I ordered on Friday. No shipping labels in FedEx app, either. I suppose we'll see!
I placed my pre order 45 minutes after it opened. (15 Pro Max/Black/256GB). Verified identity within a couple hours after pre order. Estimated delivery still showing 22nd. Still have no tracking or shipment email. Mysterious label in my FedEx account that has no tracking number or arrival date but it only shows up on the mobile browser.

Just checked the FedEx site in previously mentioned area of advanced tracking and now I see a tracking ID# and a ‘label created’ in the status area. Shipper name is CTDI which is Communications Test Designs (whom works with apple and other major tech company’s for logistics).
It also states its shipping overnight from Tennessee ( I live in Oregon) so we shall see how that works out.

With people ordering 2 and seeing a label in the FedEx app… did you order 2 different orders and get 1 tracking number?
I believe Xfinity is a MVNO just like Optimum. Former Xfinity customer, but on Optimum now. Been reading here as because Optimum is operating similar. Delivery says 9/22 but have not received any shipping yet.

There are two separate tracking numbers. All my prior orders from Xfinity or from ATT (many years ago) had two tracking numbers.

That should not be a problem at all, I believe. It may also depend on many factors like from where it’s getting shipped from, where it is going, how many phones in your order, etc. We can never know the order in which the order is processed. Mine is coming from Nashville, if that might help. But I strongly believe you will get on Friday.

On Monday at 7:40pm, I pre ordered the iPhone 15 pro max and pre ordered the Apple Watch series 9 and they both say 9/22 so hopefully it’s legit. I also verified identity while talking to the rep while ordering. I haven’t gotten any confirmation that it’s been shipped yet. I’m hoping something updates tomorrow sometime. i've been perusing other forums and it seems you won't receive your tracking until 24H beforehand and the shipments are "scheduled to be delivered" Friday by 1:00 pm
