Hello everyone. I texted “phone shipment” to 934489 and received an auto-notification “Once your order ships we'll send you your tracking details.”

A minute later I received a text from Fedex with confirmation and tracking.

This is for Xfinitymobile pre-order of iPhone 15 Pro.

Tried it and am still waiting for the second message with tracking info. But so far everything you mentioned has been spot on.
 
I have two phone (256 gb pro max and pro) order. I was able to find out one of the tracking numbers using FedEx tracking with references. I put Xfinity order number in the reference and zip code with shipped date, the i found the tracking number of one phone (256 gb pro). Still nothing about another phone (promax).

This worked for me as well! They received my package last night and it is supposed to be delivered tomorrow before 5pm, yay 😍

I thought the address label I previously saw in my account shipping from AZ was my phone, but it was my weekly meal prep order 😂 Looks like they are shipping from TN.

For reference: Got the 1TB Pro Max in blue

Wish I could say the same. Tried entering the xfinity order number, and zip code with no luck. What date did you use without knowing when it officially shipped?

I still have no info on the device at all beyond what the xfinity billing page is showing. :(

I didn’t put a date at all, just reference number, country and my zip.
 
Has anyone got their 15 pro max showing up in either XM website or FedEx tracking? Heard rumors of 15 pro max having much fewer ready for preorder than 15 pro, and it also seems that most 15 pros got tracking numbers on FedEx already, but 15 pro max are mostly awaiting. Really worried I couldn't get it on time...

I ordered a 15 PM on Friday no updates, nothing for my regular 15 either.
 
Just got my tracking email from Xfinity. Minutes ago the FedEx tracking methods weren't showing anything
what model are you ordering and when did you place the order? I preordered a natural pro max 256g at around 3pm mountain time last Friday, and still haven't had any trace of the shipment yet...

256GB Pro Max Blue. Online ordering kept saying I was at the 10 line max even though it was an upgrade on a fully paid off unlocked phone. Had to go into a store as online chat/phone was useless as tits on a boar. Placed the order in store around 1:30pm Saturday in <5min without issue.

Last year the phones came from TX. This year it's originating from TN.

I see! Seems blue is better than natural in terms of stock. But that's a pro max model so hopefully I could get my tracking info some time in the afternoon (and, most importantly, still get it by tomorrow). Thanks bro!

Like I mentioned - I am not on Xfinity, but on Optimum mobile. Another MVNO that operates like Xfinity. Just got an update from Fedex that they have my package scheduled for delivery tomorrow. No Shipping notice from Optimum. I hate that these MVNOs are so hard to track versus ordering from Apple.
 
Hmm I have something showing in the FedEx app but it does let me open it: "tracking request was unsuccessful. Try again later."

No message from Xfinity at all.

I just checked my FedEx account and a shipping label was just created a few minutes ago for 1 out of 2 of my Pro Max natural titanium. So they are still actively packing them up and should be picked up later this evening. They are shipping from TN and Fedex has their SuperHub in Memphis so it's just a short trip out there.

15 Pro Max 256gb Blue Titanium just showed up on FedEx using track by reference with the Xfinity Mobile order number + zip code (no ship date needed). The tracking number has not shown up on the Xfinity Mobile site yet.

My bad... It was an email from Xfinity saying it's now shipped and gave me a tracking number. Status now shows "Order on its way" and when you click on "Track Shipment" it takes you to FedEx website showing its coming from Tennessee and under special handling section: "Deliver Weekday, Residential Delivery, Direct Signature Required" FedEx overnight service. Looks like it's coming boys! Check your emails.

I’m glad to hear they’re still rolling out. I have yet to get mine. Last time I ordered through Xfinity, my shipping email came at 6:00p.m so hopefully I receive mine though. My FedEx is showing a “pending delivery” much like others
