I ordered the 15 Apple Pro Max 256 gb white on Friday (order placed at 9:02 AM) and I just was messaging with an Xfinity agent because I was concerned I had not received ANY information since ordering. He informed me that my order will not be shipping until Nov 22, 2023. When I ordered on Friday it said it would be delivered tomorrow. I am hoping he is wrong and I will receive tracking information but I am concerned he is correct. There's nothing I can do as I cannot cancel my order to order at Apple. SUPER frustrated.

I wouldn’t put much weight into what the agent said. November 22 is the current delivery estimates for new orders.

I spoke to a chat agent as well. I clearly stated my account says Delivery by 9/22. The agent argued back and forth and then apologized for the “inadequacy on their part” so they know themselves how difficult this process is. I also have yet to receive tracking information.

I just checked my FedEx account and a shipping label was just created a few minutes ago for 1 out of 2 of my Pro Max natural titanium. So they are still actively packing them up and should be picked up later this evening. They are shipping from TN and Fedex has their SuperHub in Memphis so it's just a short trip out there.
Well, the 1 that did get a label created was picked up. Nothing for the other. So I’m losing faith that I’m getting both tomorrow. Not sure why they didn’t both ship. They were both the same model and color.

Agreed- the chat agent told me there was a "glitch" on their website on the pre-order launch date that showed they were to be delivered on 9/22 and it was inaccurate....so I'm unsure if I will receive it tomorrow or between then and Nov 22. Hoping I get a tracking information email at some point tonight. I ordered pretty early (by 9 AM on Friday) but who knows. Good luck to us!

Dang, so I just looked again at the email from Xfinity and it's for the Apple Watch series 9 I pre ordered has been shipped and on time for tomorrow. Still nothing for my iPhone 15 Pro Max, Blue Titanium, 256GB. But it shows on Xfinity its delivery is for tomorrow the 22nd. They must be really behind on updates, I am hoping. OH Noooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo!!!

Same kind of response. Apologized for other agents telling me I'd get an email within an hour, etc. Said it's definitely going to be delivered 9/22 by 1:30 PM via FedEx, not to worry and I'll receive a shipment email and FedEx tracking "shortly". Their chat support doesn't know what's going on.

I still believe if you had a 9/22 delivery date, you'll be getting it tomorrow.

Agreed. Especially considering many of us see the “delivery pending” in the FedEx accounts. I tried the reference number method and the tracking came up saying “In Transit” yet I still don’t have a tracking number specifically. This whole experience overall is just really vague.
 
Any idea of until what time they’ll continue working on processing shipment today? I believe it’s quite late for most part of the US and since I still haven’t got a tracking number yet I’m not sure whether to still expect it.

I live in the Panhandle so we are Central and it’s 5:23. Another guy said he didn’t get confirmation till 6 at night so I’m hoping it still rolls around that time or even later.

From others’ shipments it seems the departure location for Xfinity preorder is Tennessee so also Central time for them. Gonna lose some hope on my shipping label being created today _:)з」∠)_

My iPhone from Xfinity every year has come from Texas.

Anyone feeling nervous (including me) should feel more confident when looking at the time date and time I received the first email from FedEx, anticipated ship date, and scheduled delivery info I posted above. 9/23/21 and 9/24/21. 9/15/22 and 9/16/22. Both overnight delivery. We should be good.

It’s getting pretty late at this point. If it hasn’t already shipped I don’t think it’s going out tonight. I ordered 2 pro maxes same storage and color and only 1 of them shipped. No idea why only 1 of them would have gone out. It was the 2nd one I ordered too.

Are you ordering two with the same color? Looks like some colors get very popular over the others
 
Just got an email from xfinity with the FedEx tracking. Label created but no shipping info yet.
