I'm in Vancouver Washington and I haven't received any info yet from Xfinity. I pre-ordered Blue 512GB Pro Max on 9/15 at 6am. I've also checked both UPS and Fedex for tracking info but nothing yet.

I'm pretty sure that means they received it during that time and the package left them at 4:41 PM, as you're now "In Transit"
Update: still no label created, no email from XM, no update on website. I guess the best I could expect is my phone being shipped tomorrow and arrived some time next week
Ordered 2 PRO MAX, 1 Blue 256 GB and 1 Blue 512 GB. The 512 GB was ordered first at 8:15 AM EST on Friday and the 256 GB was ordered at 8:20 AM. The 256 GB that was ordered later was shipped but the 512 GB has not been shipped.
Will there be in store stock tomorrow morning? I’m considering walking in store tomorrow, hopefully getting some luck
i think you still have time as long as you have a 9/22 delivery date. iPhone release date is one of FedEx and UPS’ busiest shipping days. This is the first year that I got an expected delivery between 9:10 am -1:10 PM. It's always been standard before 8:00 PM. I have a feeling you're good.
I’m curious about this as well. I don’t think Xfinity stores even carry stock do they?
Thanks for the wish! Yeah I do still have Sep 22 on my XM website, but I would be really surprised if they could get same day delivery to me! Anyways, always wish for the best!
I did read some threads about the past few years where the preorder shipment got delayed and they managed to get one by walking in store on launch day — even several hours after the beginning of the work hour. I think if there’s chance then it’s worth a try. Just not sure how the order discount and tradein would work but always able to ask the agent in store if there’s iphone in stock
I ordered friday morning at 11 am est, delivery date 9/22 shown, still no shipping information, still have the ability to cancel the order. My optimism is waning.
still no update on my 512 PM Black. 256 15 Green has made it to our destination facility... has anyone had a black PM ship?
Just got done asking the chat agent and he said my Black 512 PM is in queue for shipping and will ship out later today and to expect it on Monday.
I just don’t get launch day logisitics.. I ordered my phone 4 days before the one that has already shipped..
i will never understand how orders placed days and days after mine get fulfilled ahead of orders made day of launch.
i reckon it has to do with the fact that they probably take one batch of phones and ship them out… i understand how it makes sense logistically but genuinely what is the point of ensuring you’re preordering the day of if they’re just going to fill your order last anyways because you picked the color they did last?

Exactly and I think the pro models should have priority over the regular ones as well. We're spending more so it should be first everytime.

I wouldn't. I talked to someone from xfinity about 30 minutes ago and they said my order is in queue for shipping and I will receive the shipping information very soon and to expect a Monday delivery
I'm not sure how they're getting that info. I just talked to someone and they couldn't give me any info at all....just kept saying "wait for your tracking email which will give you your tracking information"
lol so they have shipped at least some Black PM.. why are they doing the bigger phones last 😡
