I hope all that get their iPhone today enjoy, appears I'll be watching from the sidelines :confused:. Upgrading from an 11 pro max, am really looking forward to the upgrade.
 
At this point do I cancel and try and go in store to find an iphone?
I’m pretty sure you can’t cancel. A customer service rep told me that you can only cancel within like fifteen minutes of ordering otherwise you have to wait till you get the phone and then ask for a return label to ship it back to them.
 
My phones are at the sorting facility prepping for delivery today. Black 256 P and natural 256 PM. Portland Oregon. Good luck all.

I just don’t get launch day logisitics.. I ordered my phone 4 days before the one that has already shipped..

i will never understand how orders placed days and days after mine get fulfilled ahead of orders made day of launch.

i reckon it has to do with the fact that they probably take one batch of phones and ship them out… i understand how it makes sense logistically but genuinely what is the point of ensuring you’re preordering the day of if they’re just going to fill your order last anyways because you picked the color they did last?

I’m not really that upset it’s just one of those things that irks me.. shouldn’t the PMs have had priority 🫡🫡
In the same boat here. Got up early to order the phone right when they went live at 5AM PST. Had my order in and confirmed by 5:11 AM PST. (512 Pro Max Blue Titanium).

Still no tracking by any method on the day of.

Had one support person tell me that they show I should have delivery today by 1PM PST and tracking may not be in the account yet, and another basically say to expect long delays due to high demand and delivery day is not guaranteed.

Not really upset either just seems so odd, imagine waiting in line for something and being told the people that are at the back of the line can go first because they are getting a different size/color.

Hope everyone getting their phones today enjoys! I'll be patiently waiting by my door.

Well either that link doesn’t actually let you cancel or the Xfinity rep I spoke with doesn’t know what they’re talking about. Both are very possible.
 
I ordered my 256gb Blue pro max on the 16th. Granted it was a day after preorders opened but it said, and still does, that it would be delivered on the 22nd. I have yet to receive any type of shipping notification but when I check my fedex app I found this (see image). I guess that means I’m not getting a delivery today like the Xfinity mobile app said if it’s just now being processed in Tennessee (I’m in Connecticut). Enjoy your new phones everyone, I’ll be staying off the internet until next week when I get mine 😅

Just fyi, the Best Buy in Panama City, Florida, has three iPhone 15 pro, 256, Blue Titanium in stock. 1 left of the 256, natural titanium iPhone 15 pro. 1 left of the 512 GB in white titanium Many more to list but definitely check. Cheers!

Can you buy from Best Buy on payments from Xfinity? Didn’t know how that worked or if that was doable

Maybe I am just biased off my personal experience with them, but I fully expect Xfinity to be incompetent and incorrect about things and to trust FedEx on this. I would say unfortunately you’re probably not getting your phone today.
 
My Xfinity account is still not updated with a tracking # or anything, but FedEx tracking tells me it’s at the sorting facility 30min away from me. I checked my preorder info from when I got the 13 and I got it 2 (business) days late - It’s bs they don’t ship them in the order received and are so horrible on keeping their customers updated.
 
I ordered a pro black 512 on 9/15 at 9 am EST and JUST got my tracking info at 11:55 am est for delivery today between 930 and 130pm. I hadn't heard anything before this since i preordered.

I just received my 15 pro blue 256 at 11 am from FedEx. I was able to track it via FedEx with the xfinity order number and zip code. However, I never got the shipping confirmation from xfinity until 30 minutes after FedEx delivered it!
How do you track it with the order number and zip? I can't find that option on FedEx's website.

I have two phone (256 gb pro max and pro) order. I was able to find out one of the tracking numbers using FedEx tracking with references. I put Xfinity order number in the reference and zip code with shipped date, the i found the tracking number of one phone (256 gb pro). Still nothing about another phone (promax).

Mine shows out for delivery since 9:00 am. The depot is only 20 miles from my home. Come on UPS I could walk there faster. LOL!

You'll need be logged in > Click Tracking > Click ALL TRACKING SERVICES > Then you'll see the area to put in Tracking # above that there should be an option to track by reference. you need to put in a country to get the ZIP Code field but I wouldn't populate the ship date field
