Their support is really bad and have no clue what's going on. You can't even call a specific retail store, they won't give you a number. The chat support is outsourced and is the worst I've experienced with any carrier.
I'm waiting for my Blue Titanium 256GB Pro Max. It was supposed to be delivered between 9:10 AM and 1:10 PM. I'm watching the FedEx truck drive all around me and get close to me (via their online tracking map) only to move past my house and move several blocks away, lol.
Hope all of you get your iPhones ASAP.
