No results for my phone either :) you're not alone. someone posted in the thread that it looked like phones were still shipping out today as of 12:00 pm EST
 
Advanced Tracking also showed nothing for mine and then i got tracking info from xfinity at 11:55 am est today for delivery today by 1:30. Have about 25 minutes before their estimated shipping time has passed but it did say by 8pm today as well.
 
I just tried calling my local Xfinity store and it was literally just the 1800 number listed for its contact phone number. The store has no actual phone number. Ugh. The wait continues
 
Mine had been on track for delivery today moving through until it got to the local dstribution place (10 miles away). Now it says delayed as it reached the station after courier dispatched. New delivery for Monday.
 
Mine still hasn't made it out of Memphis last night. Tracking still shows delivery by 8PM. Doubt it's going to get to PA and delivered today.

Mine says on truck for delivery. They missed their delivery window already and now it says before 8pm. FedEx has never not delivered to my house by 1pm Eastern.
 
So a FedEx truck literally drove by my house and didn’t stop. WTH? 🤦‍♂️ encroaching on the 1:10 pm expected delivery time.
 
What's crazy is in 2019 I pre-ordered on Thursday, one day prior to the Friday release day, and got my phone the next day (on release day). This year, pre-order within an hour of the start of pre-orders and not a word since the confirmation email.

It seems like they picked random orders to fulfill regardless of when they were ordered. I ordered 2 PM's within 10 minutes of orders going live in natural titanium and the one was shipped early yesterday afternoon, and the other one didn't ship until late evening. The one that shipped late didn't even deliver to me today. Got stuck in Memphis.

Happened to me too right before I got my tracking information today. Now i've got all my windows open waiting for them to pull up so I don't miss em

Xfinity is one of the worst cell phone companies for customer service that I've had over the years, they never seem to know what's going on half the time and they treat their new customers better than their existing ones. I am paying a lot less for their service than the other companies but I guess you get what you pay for.

Other deliveries have priority over your delivery. Happens all the time. I see the FedEx truck drive by my house. I see the UPS trucks drive by my house. UPS is on the street where I live and about 9:30 the trucks start departing. Sometime about 1:30 my shipment will arrive. I can watch the UPS truck location on the app and the routing does not make sense to me but apparently does for UPS.
 
Sucks that my label wasn’t created until this morning and I ordered within 5 minutes of them going live. Have to wait until Monday. Not a good welcome to Xfinity Mobile for me.

Xfinity is one of the worst cell phone companies for customer service that I've had over the years, they never seem to know what's going on half the time and they treat their new customers better than their existing ones. I am paying a lot less for their service than the other companies but I guess you get what you pay for.
Their support is really bad and have no clue what's going on. You can't even call a specific retail store, they won't give you a number. The chat support is outsourced and is the worst I've experienced with any carrier.

I'm waiting for my Blue Titanium 256GB Pro Max. It was supposed to be delivered between 9:10 AM and 1:10 PM. I'm watching the FedEx truck drive all around me and get close to me (via their online tracking map) only to move past my house and move several blocks away, lol.

Hope all of you get your iPhones ASAP.

Same here several FedEx drivers passed my house even one next door but not my house this is ridiculous I feel like they playing with us. But hopefully it should be delivered soon! It was suppose to be here between 9am-1pm still nothing!

You're far better off than I am. I've had zero communication from them since my pre-order confirmation email. No UPS or Fedex tracking info has popped up when I check on either site.
