Unfortunately the communication was pretty terrible. I’m giving the folks in the CS group the benefit of the doubt but they didn’t seem to have any useful info. They told me that I would get my delivery today but I think they were just trying to get me off the phone.lol I’ve received my device on launch day the last three years and figured this year would be no different.

Xfinity says demand was off the charts for this phone. I wonder how much of it was demand driven and how much was driven by the apparent internal process issues of Xfinity’s end.

I received FedEx tracking for my 2 iPhone 15 Pro max 256gb in natural titanium. Looks like coming from Tennessee, with no eta yet. I ordered at 4:30-5pm on pre order day in store.

I received FedEx tracking for my 2 iPhone 15 Pro max 256gb in natural titanium. Looks like coming from Tennessee, with no eta yet. I ordered at 4:30-5pm on pre order day in store.
We on same boat bro. Same model as yours, ordered ~3-4pm MDT on preorder day, saw label created at noon today. Since FedEx only works on weekdays I’m expecting the package being shipped on Monday, and probably arrives Tuesday or Wednesday. Big progress for label being created!

I've been having the same issues. Ordered the 15 Pro Max 256GB Natural Titanium at 8:37AM EST time online on the 15th. After being told several times that tracking will arrive in my email in a few hours, today the Xfinity agent said their "advance team" said it is backordered and will be delivered Oct. 6. So who knows.

This morning I was told that it would arrive shortly by a representative later on the day after 6 o’clock I called again and I was told that it won’t arrive till either Wednesday or Thursday. I also ordered the phone at 8 AM on the 15th

Are these in stores yet ? I’m eligible for early upgrade and my 13 pro is sitting at 89 percent battery -.- had it replaced 6 months ago at Apple.

I received my iPhone 15 PM 256GB Black this morning. I'm so thankful I didn't have to wait too long. I wish you all good luck on receiving your devices very soon.

Received a FedEx update on both my phone preorders today at 5pm. In FedEx hands. ETA of Wednesday for delivery.

I got a shipment notification a couple hours ago for my natural 15 pro 128gb.. I wasn’t expecting it for another couple weeks (10/13) so this is really early. Delivery on Tuesday.

Which is good because I was going to be away on the 13th and wouldn’t have been able to sign for it.

I was going to stop by the xfinity store to check the other colors, figuring I had plenty of time before shipment. Guess not lol, natural it is.

Edit: just realized I got a shipment confirmation from xfinity even before the FedEx notification.. received this morning just didn’t notice it

Ordered two iPhone 15 Pros, natural and blue same date. Blue shipped friday and arrived today still waiting on natural.

FedEx just sent me notice that it’s coming a day earlier than expected.. should arrive this morning instead of tomorrow.. wow 😯

Is it possible for a company to have worse customer service than Xfinity Mobile? it’s great Verizon service for the money, but God forbid you have any issues with them.

Ordered two new iPhones and one came earlier than expected and the other one was due September 29 and I have not received any updates. I called yesterday and spent hours on the phone to be told it would probably be there by October 20 but they are opening a ticket to see what the issue is. Really terrible communication. This is on top of the hours I had to spend on the phone with them because they were showing zero eligible lines to be updated because they did not have record of credit for me, even though I have perfect credit, and been an Xfinity customer for years.

Just chiming in here. I had so many problems getting both my phones. I talked to support multiple times and got different answers everyday. Last time I called was a nice Indian man and I could hear a chicken coop in the background. Literal chickens Bacoking while he’s bs’ing me about my delivery date

I finally got both my phones but man. I hope I never have to call Support again.

I had Xfinity Mobile and it was a nightmare waiting to get my phone. No communication, and customer support was non existent and were clueless. I liked how cheap XM was but outside of that I do not miss dealing with clueless people. Wishing you all the best.

Haha, yup. The person I spoke to yesterday was definitely outside. There was so much wind noise, I could barely hear them. You couldn't have worse customer service agents if you tried. I can't believe the company even functions.
