Actually, I do agree with you being a Max owner. And I say that because the phones are highly similar in terms of what they offer with True Tone/wireless charging/stereo speakers/face ID, ect, etc. The real difference with the XS is the aesthetic’s with the stainless, [3D Touch, OLED and the telephoto lens]. The telephoto lens is not a major contributor for me for the XS, 3D Touch I do use quite regularly, but the XR is becoming closer to trying to replicate that with the simulated version. Altogether, for $250 savings with the XR and the best battery life Apple has offered any iPhone, I do agree the XR is the better value. (And I also don’t care about the OLED display versus LCD, as they both are very vibrant displays.)
