Yep, but they look lifeless compared to other devices, also noticing a bit of red tint from time to time. 🤷‍♂️

I know there is no such thing as a perfect oled panel, one of the reasons I can't be bothered playing the screen lottery, but I'd like one with the correct brightness, and no red tint.
I’d love to go oled tv shopping with you. 🤣

I can see a red shift on the display my 13 Pro Max. I can see a red shift on the text. I saw this same thing on my wife's 12 Pro Max.

Is your wife 12 pro max brighter than your phone with auto brightness off? Compared mine to a 11/12 pro max, mine was dimmer than both of them, set brightness with Siri.

Just curios how you could tell?
It is interesting effect. Last year was the first time I had looked at OLED displays. When I looked at my wife's 12 Pro Max, I would see these brief red tinting on the bottom of the text on the screen. This year is the same story for my 13 Pro Max. I will get used to it. The 13 Pro Max has a beautiful display.

The weight of the text is heavier (bolder) 12 Pro Max in the photo. I have not compared my 13 Pro Max to my wife's 12 Pro Max and I don't think I will. Happy with what I am seeing and don't care about what I can't see.

@Limeybastid liking my chances, if I ask them for a 128gb sierra blue pro max today, when I go to apple to pickup my case? 😂😂

Maybe a fresh shipment with orange tint will arrive while I’m there. 🚛📱😂
What is the plan when you go there to pick up the phone, have them keep bringing out phones until you are satisfied or they run out of phones. 😁

Honestly not sure if I can be bothered replacing it, restrictions over here 🇦🇺 have made it harder than before, might hold onto it for a month or two, then replace it for a refurb in store.

Honestly lost confidence in buying apple products on preorder day, they even said jelly scrolling is perfectly normal, even the screens look terrible.

Lucky we have 14 days to return stuff.

So this is exactly what I see when I put my 13 pro next to my iPhone 7, or my iPad, or my MacBook. Turning on the blue filter in accessibility almost fixes it, but at the cost of dimming the screen, which just feels wrong.

I don’t play with filters, it’s not a proper fix. Can make colors look worse, I’ll make sure I check my leather case today before leaving the store, that might have red tint as well lol.
