You actually managed to get a replacement sent out to you in short order? Or are you picking up a replacement at the store?
What freebies did you get them to send you?
Theyāre sending it out, might be a while though, then a courier will come and collect my phone, if store restrictions are lifted by the time it arrives, I can take mine back to a store.

Yep, box and all, even the apple bag, not the bag š seal the box, put the return number on it, then wave it good buy with the courier. You end up getting a proof of return slip from the courier. š§š§¾
Really digging this golden brown leather case, reckon itāll look great on your silver iPhone @Limeybastid highly recommend it for your sierra blue iPhone @TheYayAreaLiving even though youāre too cool to rock a case šš

Surprised they agreed so easily to send out a new phone, maybe they know something we donāt about these panels?
Didnāt even have to say anything, apple support was like yep, panel is no good.
I found the Apple leather cases a bit slippery last year. Not sure if itās changed this year or not.
Probably just wanted you off the phone mate.
Youāre holding it wrong š itās always like that for the first day or two, then they get grippier, feels good not carrying a dust and lint magnet anymore.
