When you smirk if a friend's PC hangs up...

even more if they were trying to make Macs look bad :D

EDIT:
when you have an Apple wallpaper
When a keynote makes you forget an anniversary/birthday/etc

The first one is not original, someone mentioned here a whiles back after the live key note and I think it was something like this...You know you are an Apple Geek when Sir Steve announced the new Apple mouse at a keynote a few years back and told attendees to look under their chairs for a prize and you looked under your chair at home...

You know you are an Apple Geek when you STILL lick the original coloured iMacs whenever you see one…:p (this smiley represents the licking)

You know you are an Apple Geek when you adamantly believe that the clamshell iBook was the inspiration for the actual clamshell…

You know you are an Apple Geek when you continue to use your Apple laptop on you lap even after your polyester pants have been melted into the hairs on your legs...

You know you are an Apple Geek when either your child's first or middle name is Apple...

You know you are an Apple Geek when you hear on a commercial that there is a special offer on a Big Mac and you immediately visit the Apple Store and not McDonalds...

You know you are an Apple Geek when you capitalize the second letter of any words beginning with 'i' eg iSland, iNtelligence, iBiza, iResponsible, iNtersection, etc...

You know you are an Apple Geek when your wallpaper is the latest picture taken from the Apple homepage after a product announcement...;)

You know you are an Apple Geek when you clean up the clothes from the floor and find a Mac you forgot you had…

You know you are an Apple Geek when you can make up 'You know you are an Apple Geek' examples from your own experiences...

You look forward to famlily/friends having computer troubles, so you can make them switch.

You sit in front of your iMac (which is turned on) surfing the internet on your Powerbook...because you can

You call the cmd key "daisy", "flower" or anything but command.

And you have wirless file sharing turned on between the two (or more!) computers and use it often

You call the cmd key "daisy", "flower" or anything but command

Or you call it a 'four leaf clover' becuase you are lucky not to be using a Windows machine

I almost broke my friend's Zune for him :)

You know you're an apple geek when Apple employees and reps in several parts of the country have actively attempted to hire you.

You refer to make-up sex as "repairing permissions".

first laugh of the day, awarded to you, sir...

You know you're an Apple Geek when you've stuck an Apple sticker on your Thinkpad and called it BlackBook Faux.

-When you do repair jobs and enjoy being paid in Apple stickers..
-When you hit F9 more than 10 times while using a PC
-When you refer to being indecisive as "Beach Balling"
-When you drop everything you're doing at the sound of that classic "Gonnnnnng" noise

I don't do that, but on my work PC, i do sometimes move my mouse in the corner where i have my expose...

-You know you're an apple geek when you put the apple sticker on your xbox so you can call it the iBox.

-You know you're an apple geek when you're fast forwarding through commercials on your DVR, and you press play during apple commercials and then fast forward through the rest...

Bookshop!
some great responses here :D
Another 4;
...you still love your LC575
...you want to keep the case of G3 and G4 iMacs after the machine has died because it looks "cool"
..the first thing you do when you wake up at six in the morning is to check on the Apple website, the MR homepage, and/or MR ForumSpy. This beats even turning the alarm off
...you fsck your Mac, often :p
