BIA 2=BEST FPS for the iPad yet!!

Man, i bought the new game, a first person shooter set in WW 2 called Brothers in Arms 2 and here is my review:

Ok, three words..KICK ASS GAME!!! Not only is it hands down the best FPS for the iPad beating out NOVA and Call Of Duty Zombies but it has Console like graphics. It's fun from the minute you get into the game! You are not fighting alone either but you got help! In multiplayer it is SERIOUSLY fun having several ppl on your team backing you up.

The graphics are great on the iPad screen big time! Sound is excellent, you feel like you are in the middle of a war! Totally immersed in it. This is without a doubt Gameloft's best iPad game and one of the best iPad games I've played so far.

Worth every freakin cent! Don't heistate even for a second, Buy this game and rock your iPad!!!

^^ Saw this last night and was tempted but couldn't find any reviews or videos of it running on the iPad. What is the framerate like? It looked very choppy on the iPhone version.

I'm a little torn on Scrabble. I already grabbed Words With Friends HD when it was on sale for $1.99 - but Scrabble local multiplayer with the Tile Rack app would be SO COOL! (Or... just a huge rip off?)

Those who have it, what do you say?

I have both Scrabble and WWF on the iPhone. I play WWF a lot more since there are more people on it and its quicker to get games going on it... but Scrabble's presentation and gameplay are rock solid.

Framerate is great :)

Oh and in addition to grabbing Words With Friends HD, I downloaded We Rule and Harbor Master as freebies.

I'll probably grab Plants vs. Zombies HD (even though I already own it on the iPhone and Mac) and Small World tomorrow, in time for Friday's arrival.

Possibly Flight Control HD but $5 seems a little high for just a few new maps.

Mirror's Edge and Warpgate HD seem interesting but I wish there were a Lite versions.

I have 10 dollar left in my iTunes account but can't decide which game to buy

I have:

Bruce Lee
Mirrors Edge
Zombies v Plants
X Plane
Let's Golf

Any ideas? The one thing I'm missing is a shooter or a driving game (more inclined towards driving but mixed views on which one??). Graphics must be great as I like to show off to my Apple hating friends

How has no one mentioned Touchgrind yet? I've had this for the iPhone for over a year and still play it regularly. I think it's a must have on the iPad.

I bought Pinball HD. Very fun, the physics are great. It needs more levels and some of the stages are bare, but its still fun if you like pinball.

Civ is excellent if you liked prior Civ games. It's simplified for the interface. Someone said it's based on the console version.

The "chieftain" level is easier than it is on a computer, but not so easy the game feels like a joke. I haven't tried the other levels yet. I've played two games at "chieftain" and they each took about 75 minutes. Feels perfect for the interface.

My wife and I have been playing to death the port of the boardgame Smallworld to the iPad. It's a wonderful implementation of a boardgame and I look forward to many more games like this.

Over at boardgamegeek.com they have a growing list of boardgame ports for the iPad.

I love X-Plane 9! Love the control tower chatter, the airplanes, flying at night. Simply awesome.

Virtual Pool HD is a joy, it's realistic and fun
