What's your favorite weather app and why?

So far I don't have one yet except for the standard app that comes pre installed...But I would like to get some ideas if you've found better ones available.

There are many threads on this very same subject. I use Fahrenheit and RadarUS

my favorite is dark sky, because it notifies you of impending rain. pretty cool, but as a southern california resident i hardly ever use it. i usually get my weather from either the notification center widget or siri (useful for finding the hourly).

I was a big fan of My-Cast (I like the UI) but recently switched over to Weather Snitch 2.

I think i've downloaded about 30000000 weather apps. :D

Only one remains and that's Solar. Its amazing.

I'll second Weather Underground for its good mix of forecasts and radar mapping. I also like the large number of categories of push notifications, so I can select just what I want to be alerted to, and no more.

Regards,
Tom

My new favorite is eWeather HD. Pretty much the same level of detail as The Weather Channel app (plus alerts), but without the mind-numbing slowness.

The newest update to The Weather Channel Max finally is nice, it's the one on my homescreen now. Plus Weather 2x is fantastic as well. Out of the thousand weather apps I have, those are the only two on my iPhone 5.

People are reporting inaccurate temp (+/- 10 degrees). What's your experience with that?

Its been spot on for me. (UK)

This is right now and its spot on ish...
