Dark 24/7 - both my MBA at home and my W10 PC at work are in 'Dark Mode' (as much as they are able), so I'm more used to that.

I use Light mode

I tried Dark, and from time to time I put Dark mode, but my eyes just (I dont know how to explain) struggle more to read text and stuff...and when I put on light mode, it's a relief

maybe it's my eyes, but especially instagram in dark mode is so dark it hurts me, some other apps are little bit ''grey'' and thats fine for me

Light simply because I am fine with the UI being dark, but when they start making websites dark and the website doesn't properly have coding for it, things start to look funky.

Dark mode is one of the features I was looking forward to. But i just don't like it as much during the day. So i went for automatic.

Same. Dark mode starts to irritate me after a while.

I switch to Dark occasionally to see if I’ll get used to it, but it irritates me, too. I remember when Macs were introduced, and it was so great to see text on a computer like text on paper.

I’ve tried reading books in Kindle in Dark Mode, too, and I quickly find it to be unpleasant.

I used to have it automatic, but now manually switch. To me Dark Mode has a long way to go. When I pull up Safari or other apps in Dark Mark, they major amount of content is still light, so it's almost like what's the point.

Automatic. But living in the UK as the light gets gloomier, often I switch to dark mode in the day. Roll on summer.
