I've been waiting for Gmail dark mode for many weeks and still don't have it. Checked my app settings but couldn't find an option to enable it.

Yeah it’s super frustrating that some have it and others don’t. They should have just pushed it out as an App update.

Once you get used to dark it's hard to go back. I much prefer the dark and think it just looks better as well as being easier on my eyes.

I tried dark mode for a couple of weeks. Got bored of it and didn't think it made anything look better and it's actually harder to read text on a black background. Switched back to light mode and it's been that way ever since.
