Mine was sent today. I signed up for the replacement on December 20, so it took 5 weeks all in all.

I have sent my iPod Nano in and its in the status of Product replacement pending.
What I don't get is why the 6 week wait?
It looks like it takes about two weeks for apple to receive the ipod after it is sent to them? does that sound about right?
I'm on a week now and my status hasn't changed.
Is there a way to track the package on the way to apple? Was there a tracking number on the prepaid label that I missed??
Yes there is. Check your repair status page on the Apple website. I had a tracking number for step 1.
If you could let me know where you see the tracking number i would appreciate it. thanks.

Sent mine in on November 21st... Still waiting for it. I'm in France![]()
Wow that is a long time to wait. I sent mine off just before christmas and received a 'New' Nano on the 15th Jan.
You should give Apple a call!

I was patiently waiting, as I saw there were issues with boxes etc.
Just had email notification that my Repair was Cancelled![]()
Yeah, one of my friends got that email as well, I guess their replacement service is over.. Sorry![]()
