Sell that puppy on eBay and you can get yourself another one later or a different color for practically free
I'm thinking of trying the same thing. I have a large corporate ATT store right near me. Every year they get a very good supply of stock in and I'm hoping this year will be similar. There is no one outside yet and I may head back out for good soon... Gotta say if I score a JB+ I don't think I can resist selling it. Too in demand for me to not. Can't wait to see your pics!

Yea, I'd definitely go for it. Before I went out I was thinking about just pre ordering off of apple and take the Nov date like a champ but I figured it doesn't hurt to trust your gut. I'll just be here chilling for the next couple hours
Apple has contracts with carriers. They can't take back some of the shipments regardless if they have stock issues.
I want that one so bad, but I don't have any info from my AT&T store, so I'd be getting up maybe for nothing.

No. the demo units ship totally separately and have completely different skus. I used to do the merchandising for them for two years. If they say it is stock... its sellable stock.

No it goes against everything we've heard for the last week and it's hard to believe some random att employee vs the mountains of evidence to the contrary. I'm excited to see if it's real, I'm sorry you have to go through life with such a negative outlook of others tho.
Demo unit. My local AT&T corporate store told me the same - they got one of each for demo, and the only ones they got extras of were 7s. An "authorized reseller" said they got "everything but Jet Black +" for sale.
