Picked up a new mid range mac mini which i installed a 16gb kit of ram and replaced the single 1tb drive with 2 x intel 520 series 240gb ssd drives in raid 0. Macbook air is also the current model 11" with 128gb storage and 4gb ram. For speakers i use the b&w mm-1 hooked up to the mini and for music i mainly use the zeppelin air.

the mount is sweet. works perfectly and very sturdy. the mount takes the place of the bottom cover. you screw the mount/cover onto the tv with 4 screws in the vesa holes. then you snap on the mini

it is much cheaper on amazon, but if youre lucky you can find a sweet deal on ebay

New late 2012 Mini with 2.3 Quad i7, 256gb SSD, 16GB ram with 27" TBD and 23" LG IPS screen, Have the factory 1TB drive in a USB 3.0 enclosure.

Here's mine at the moment. In a few months when my new house is built, it's going to be in the office - there's no point having it under the TV when I have an Apple TV, and 5 boxes under the TV but only 3 HDMI ports.

Close but those are from the 162FW in Tucson. I work there and go out to the runway to shoot takeoffs and landings quite often.
