So, I ordered my 256GB 10.5 inch on Monday a few hours after the announcement. Expected to arrive Tuesday the 13th. I went to my local Apple Store yesterday, Thursday, to get a keyboard. The guy told me the new keyboards would be in Friday (today) along with the iPads, etc. all the new stuff. He said it would be modeled & I could see them & if my order hasn't shipped yet then I can just get it right there in the store. Also said he really didn't think they'd get sold out in store. My card info was "wrong" (my bank suspected fraud) but I cleared that. Now I'm deciding if I should put the payment through & get it shipped or just wait & go try to get one from the store. I called 3 hours ago but they weren't in yet. Whataya guys think I should do? Very excited to get it, would love to have it for the weekend!

UPDATE
I waited nearly 3 hours and was still in “Awaiting Payment” status, so I called again and the agent said it was still trying to charge via Apple Pay. I think the original agent had added an alternate payment but not changed which it was trying.
So now this 2nd agent thinks he has fixed it, I refreshed the status and immediately back to “processing”
40 minutes later and I’m now at preparing for shipment.
I’m doubtful any stores will have it available before the Tuesday shipments arrive.
I guess Apple told its stores that they'd be arriving late this week or early next week. & the guy at the store seemed pretty confident, saying Apple told them yesterday they were overnighting them & told me to come in today. Normally I'd agree with you, but that's the only reason I'm unsure

I ordered the iPad Pro 12.9" 512GB LTE Silver late Wednesday night through the Apple website. I'm in Arizona, US. The delivery date was Thursday 6/15 (next day shipment). I just checked the status (been checking every hour) and it just changed to Tuesday 6/13 (next day shipment). So excited.
I almost cancelled my order yesterday and was going to purchase through Verizon, because they're showing 6/13 deliveries.

Also got a preparing for shipment email, indicating delivery June 12-13 (USA FL). Originally promised June 14. 256GB LTE Silver model. Would have gotten matte black if it was available. Not a big fan of space gray.

Cancelled 15 hours later and re-ordered through B&H, this time with Apple Care
B&H expects a shipment to arrive at their store on Tue, June 13...but you never know until they actually arrive. More to come, will update in this thread.

I ordered a 10.5 space grey, 512 gb wifi and a 12.9 space grey 512 gb wifi just as the keynote was ending via my iPhone. The 10.5 was charged yesterday and today went to preparing for shipment. The 12.9 was charged today and is still processing. I expect it to change status soon. Both are scheduled to be delivered the 13th.

Ordered mine (256GB WiFi SG) the day after the keynote, still Processing items and now delivery slipped from June 14 to June 20-22 ... bummer.
