I think that was deliberate...to prevent a total collapse of the servers....
Makes sense...you market 5:00am, but then actually, the servers go live a little after that...

Lots of refreshing going on...didn't get in til about 5:02PDT. Was able to change my storage up to 512GB 😁. Pretty weird I had to manually re-enter my shipping address after accepting IUP / Citizen Bank Loan thing. So nervous!! And, now the wait....No pending charges on Apple Card yet and no e-mail from Apple.
Yeah, I was using the time sensitive link from the calendar event Apple let me add.
Once again, anyone using the iPhone Upgrade Program gets screwed on pre-orders by being forced off to a strange screen where you have to manually type in a bunch of information on payment details they already have which could have been done at pre-order, or let us use auto-fill, or allow us to use damn ApplePay!

Wow, that was the quickest and easiest ever! It was up and done before 5:01! Went back and got my AirPod Pro 2’s too on a second order, no problems there. Impressive.

The app finally loaded. It took so long I missed launch day. Oh well. Sept 28-oct 3
Got my preorder in about 7 minutes early using the at&t app on my phone. Went with the iPhone 14 Pro Max, silver, 256GB. Estimated to ship date of 9/15.

I got in a few seconds after 5 on my iPad
Went pretty painless here. Had my ipad and my iphone. Apple store app on my ipad opened up first so I just did it on my ipad.

The store didn't open for me untl 7:09am CDT. Luckily I will still get a launch day delivery.
Got mine!! Just decided to tick with the 256 GB and use the 200 GB iCloud storage I need it. Save the extra 200 for the Apple Watch ultra ha. Sadly delivery wasn’t an option for me. So I got in store pick up next Friday. Taking half a day from work ha.
Delivery date range is already into October unless I pick up in store.
