Thanks! Not including amortized maintenance, depreciation of the asset, etc, and knowing that UPS likely has significant efficiencies in maintenance cost and fuel (e.g. they buy futures years in advance so have likely at least somewhat insulated themselves from current market conditions on Jet A which have risen but not as much as consumer gasoline prices, though, but still 25-100% YoY depending on where you're fueling), the 747-8 freighter likely costs about $23k to operate per hour (not including landing fees, ground support, etc, but including flight crew), so Incheon to Ted Stevens is a $184,000 bill wet and then Ted Stevens to Worldport is about $207,000, so less than a couple bucks per unit for the wet costs, of course, this doesn't include UPS's margin and value-added services for the customs, handling, etc and is likely offset by efficiencies in UPS's supply, maintenance, and procurement chain that I'd have to guess at, but is likely a 10-15% improvement off the $23k/hr number.
