Funny story to share. For quite a while, the same UPS driver always delivered to my house. He has delivered at least 2 launch day iPhones to me, plus other devices. He called me "his Apple Lady". He was super cheerful and kind. He knew I could see him coming from my home office window, and would wait for me to come out instead of dropping and running, so he could say hello.
It seems he's no longer on this route, because for the last 6 months or so, it's been a different driver every week. The driver who dropped off my case the other day was someone I'd never seen before, and he seemed a little grumpy. He handed me my package, and as he was walking away, I said "You know what Friday is, right?". He took a few more steps, then stopped....turned to me with a puzzled look on his face, thought a moment.....and then the lightbulb went on. He said "On no, is it iPhone day?" I said yup!
He then said "Ugh, I requested Thursday off - I should have requested Friday off instead!" He told me that it's waiting for the signatures that's the hard part, and it slows him down so much and he always ends up working really late. I felt bad, but I couldn't help saying "See you Friday!" and waving as he was getting into his truck.
