Housing Market in Las Vegas is crashing now. So, yeah it's going to go down drastically.

We are still increasing here in the 'Rado, but the market is slowing a bit. I'm happy I locked in the price of my new build in early 2020, but I will have the high interest rate when we finally close. Nice to have good equity in the house I'm selling.

I just got another one too. I think Citizens realized they sent a few “your loan is approved” emails with some blank loan numbers. Saves me from having to call.

Yep, same here - yesterday the email was missing the loan number, the email today had it

I just noticed mine is saying "Arriving by 7:00PM" with no mention of Day. I know it is not actually arriving today but this just seems weird and makes me wonder if there is some sort of glitch happening in their system. Based on the provided tracking history, I'm still part of Wave 2b. 🤷‍♂️
