I can look up the shipment with my phone number as the reference number, and it shows that something is enroute but no details on destination. As you said I can't see the full tracking number, and apparently Apple doesn't have it either. I have UPS My Choice, but that only shows things delivered to my house - not my work. (which might imply it is NOT coming to my house - but honestly I wouldn't put anything past them at this point).

Trying to call UPS and it's a nightmare of automated menus that refuse to connect me to a person. I tried to give my phone number as the tracking ID to the automated computer that refused to do anything useful. After that didn't work, I said "I would like to talk to a human being" which finally they are transferring me to someone. 10 min estimated wait time.

Yep they used to give the whole tracking number if you used the reference. Not anymore. Sucks.

I really like the larger case size on the Ultra, but I don't really want to have cellular to add more cost to my cellular plan. Do you know if you can get it and then just not activate the cellular service on it or is activating that a requirement? I love the size and the look, but I just don't need the cellular.

I honestly think if the Ultra sells well, which I think it will and not only from "extreme athletes" (since I want one, and I am certainly NOT an extreme athlete) that they may bring out a regular watch of the same 49mm case size. Just a thought.

Unfortunately I don't think we'll see any of the Satellite Communication in the reviews as Apple said that's coming in November when iOS 16.1 is released. It won't be ready for launch day.

For the NYC people, do you remember if UPS flies to JFK or Newark before getting delivered to us? I live in Brooklyn if that's any help. I tried to look up my old tracking number from last year, but it's not valid anymore. 😅

And when will we see a change out of Louisville? Will they all sit for a day and then start moving again or will they depart for the major hubs right away for a Friday delivery?
