Are you going to order the new iPhone 14?

Thanks!

Monthly darn. Understandable though.

I’ve had the pro max ever since the X .. I’ve got long fingers and love the size. I always get gray or black, never anything fun, so this year I’m getting the deep purple! Not that it matters much because the leather case will be on it immediately lol.
I always like to get the new color each year just to be different. I use an Otterbox case, so it gets hidden most of the time as well, but the purple this year is just so darn pretty. I didn't upgrade to the 12 that year because I needed to save for a new iPad as my older one was over 10 years old and I really loved that Pacific Blue that year.

Could be turbulence? Might not want to damage the merchandise, you know, you'll have a lot of unhappy iPhone users if you did. ;)
It could be the weather seems cloudy!

I can look up the shipment with my phone number as the reference number, and it shows that something is enroute but no details on destination. As you said I can't see the full tracking number, and apparently Apple doesn't have it either. I have UPS My Choice, but that only shows things delivered to my house - not my work. (which might imply it is NOT coming to my house - but honestly I wouldn't put anything past them at this point).

Trying to call UPS and it's a nightmare of automated menus that refuse to connect me to a person. I tried to give my phone number as the tracking ID to the automated computer that refused to do anything useful. After that didn't work, I said "I would like to talk to a human being" which finally they are transferring me to someone. 10 min estimated wait time.
Called UPS. They are zero help. They claim they cannot look up a package by a Reference ID - they can ONLY look up by tracking ID that starts in 1Z. I find that really really really hard to believe. All I can do is 1) hope they scan the freaking package soon so that Apple gets the tracking ID and gives it to me or 2) Hope it goes to the correct address so I can actually get it on Friday instead of them thinking nobody is home and not delivering it and it going into re-delivery hell.

Woo, I'm so happy that everyone has left ZhengZhou and are now enroute to Anchorage! Can't wait to be reunited in in Louisville. 🥰

For the NYC people, do you remember if UPS flies to JFK or Newark before getting delivered to us? I live in Brooklyn if that's any help. I tried to look up my old tracking number from last year, but it's not valid anymore. 😅
I feel like my daughters iPhones go through Newark. She is in Midtown.

I think the case I bought won't fit with my purple iPhone :/

What do you guys think? 🤣🥶 I don't know... sometimes the purple looks gray... Idk :/
I have a blue case now, so I didn't want to go with another one, but that one looks very nice and I think it will go good with the Purple. I chose the Canyon Sun (Pink) one this year. :)

Usually Thursday.
That's what is frustrating. One year my phone missed leaving Louisville and was delayed 2 days until they located it. Why don't they just get all the phones out to the major hubs and finally to the local hubs where they will get loaded onto delivery trucks and let them sit at that location then until Friday delivery. At least then, if there are any problems, there's a little extra time to get them to the local hub to still make Friday delivery.

These are pre-ordered iPhones. Fresh off the production line. Straight from the factory. Fresh Batch. That is what makes these iPhones special.

Greater risk that they would be delivered early "accidentally". Also theft, I'd guess. Easier to lock them down at WorldPort

Wow Flighty – Fast Flight Tracker has:
  • Lifetime Flighty Pro $249.99

Worth it if I was a pilot.

Otherwise kinda expensive to use for only every year!

Did not see it until now.

Guys. Need your opinion about something. For the past years I’ve been using dBrand for tempered glass screen protectors. I love them because they are very thin, and most importantly the oleophobic coating on them feels so like Apple’s on the iPhone screen.

Sadly, it seems like dBrand is slacking behind this year on shipping and I want something that delivers on Friday so I saw the Belkin Ultra Glass on Apple Store, should I get it or do you guys recommend something else?

I don’t want anything that darkens the screen, for privacy or any of this. I just want to feel like I am using my phone without one, and the same amazing oleophobic coating Apple uses.
The past few years I have gotten the Tech Armor Ballistic Glass protectors and I love them. Had an issue with my order this year that I got from them they arrived damaged and all broken, but they are sending out a replacement to me now. I likely won't have them for Friday though.

You can order them through Amazon and if you have Prime I believe they are One-Day shipping eligible. These are the ones for the ProMax - https://www.amazon.com/Tech-Armor-Protector-Designed-Tempered/dp/B0B2QDD2M4?ref_=ast_sto_dp
